How do I permanently get rid of "user" and substitute my correct display name?
Is there a way to limit the number of people in each break out room? Example...If I have 110 participants can I manually indicate how many people can be in a break out room? Break out room 1 = 33 Break out room 2 = 36 Break out room 3 = 41 When each break out room reaches it's limit, the participants have to choose a different room.

We have a weekly zoom meeting, with registered participants. Everyone is required to sign into Zoom to join. Every week Zoom assigns the same 2 or three users with the wrong name, even tho they logged in with their own account. I've searched the web and haven't seen this as a common issue so if anyone has any suggestions that would be awesome!!!

Hi,
When I join a meeting I can get video because there is a padlock where my face should be and I have tried everything. Can anyone tell me how to put my face back on and remove the padlock?
thank you
I've noticed in our meetings that when someone is done speaking and then mutes his microphone, it switches back to him, even though he is not speaking. If the other person is speaking constantly it usually doesn't happen. But, it often happens during a pause. I don't see why it switches when muting. I could understand it happening while turning on the microphone, but not the other way around. It makes for a lot of camera switching.

I have been attempting to update my account's Livestream Settings under the Account Settings > In Meeting (Advanced) section, but the changes are not applying in my windows client. I have changed the setting from YouTube to Custom Service but the client still shows Live on YouTube as an option. I am running client version 5.9.3.

I reviewed the Blur Option requirements several times. I meet all the requirements yet, I have no blur option available in Zoom on a MacOS Mac mini Zoom version: 5.9.3 MacOS version: 12.0.1 Webcam: Logitech C930e I have the Virtual Background tab visible. Zoom has been uninstalled twice in the last 2 months to see if that would fix the proble but no such luck. There doesn't appear to be any reason the Blur Background doesn't work on my Mac device, but yet is doesn't work. Yet it works fine on a less powerful iPad Pro.
