I've been using screen share successfully on Windows 10, but since upgrading to Windows 11 the share screen video is terrible. It seems to be running at less than one frame per second on the receiver's screen. It seems to be an issue with having a dedicated GPU like an RTX. On my Lenovo X1 running Windows 11, the share screen works perfectly.

Upgraded drivers/firmware/bios and nothing improved the default install.

Making changes to the settings under the screen share settings restored the video quality.

Capture with window filtering: Normal
Advanced capture with window filtering: FAIL
Advanced capture without window filtering: FAIL
Legacy/Previous operating systems: Normal
Secure share with window filtering: FAIL

Enable hardware acceleration for (Windows): Screen sharing -> off : Normal

I've recently switched to a new laptop. I've kept the webcam, so I can use it on the new device.

The weird thing is that although I have copied the settings onto my new laptop, the image is compressed horizontally. What's even stranger is that the image only looks compressed in the Zoom-app, and elsewhere it is displayed correctly. For example, on my laptop's camera app everything looks fine, but when Zoom is running it looks like the sides have been pressed together. I checked multiple times on my old laptop, and everything was fine.

The image only looks distorted on my new device and only in the Zoom-app. I couldn't find anything online about it. Does anyone have any idea what is happening? Thanks in advance!

ich würde gerne für ein Meeting  die Meeting-Teilnehmer exportieren. Dafür gehe ich auf Berichte --> Nutzung und klicke dann im Entsprechenden Meeting auf die blaue Teilnehmerzahl.  Im sich dann öffnenden Fenster erscheint nur der Tabellenkopf. Unter dem Strich steht nichts.

Kann ich hier etwas in den Einstellungen ändern?

if i am the inviter of a meeting and invite someone, this meeting shows up under "upcoming meetings" in my zoom desktop client.  (see attached pic)

but if someone invites me and i accept the invitation, the meeting won't show up under my upcoming meeings. neither in the web portal, nor in the desktop version of zoom.

Is that normal? Can I activate it somehow so i will see all of my meetings, no matter if i am the creator of the meeting.

zCefAgent.exe has been hanging during startup at times, and every time I shut down my Windows computer. The process is traced back to Zoom. 

Today, my Microsoft Outlook wouldn't open because zCefAgent.exe couldn't find  "duilib.dll" stating it was missing. When I dug into it farther, it appears zCefAgent may have caused an issue with the duilib.dll.

Either way, why is zCefAgent.exe hanging on shutdown and what is the solution beside not using Zoom anymore?

I have just sent an Email to the US Zoom Email which seems to not be monitored so I hope I can post my questions / ideas here:

My session leader and I are preparing a student conference, and we recognised

the following problematic:

While one person is sharing the screen with a PowerPoint presentation it is simultaneously not possible for the host or co-host to play an audio signal from the computer for everyone in the meeting to hear.

It is a common procedure to play a sound in conferences in order to let the presenter know that his or her speaking time is over.

Additionally we opened a poll for every participant to vote for the best poster. Unfortunalety the number of poll list items are limited to 10, it would be fantastic to rise this to 20.

Would it be possible for the Community to integrate these features in a future version of Zoom? Or does anybody knows whom we can contact for this?

I was participating in a Zoom meeting, my mic was working perfectly. Then I got transferred to a Breakout Room and every now and then Zoom would show a notification that my mic stopped working. I had to keep changing the source to refresh it and make it work again.

This does not happen when in "normal" rooms. And this makes it very hard to use Zoom in breakout rooms.

I use Zoom in meetings one-on-one or in groups 1-3 times a week. About 1 out of 6 times, my computer crashes when Zoom has been going for 20-30 minutes. I have ran hard drive checkers, Etrecheck, posted on the Apple Community, searched online, tested for Malware, etc. I haven't found anything to fix this problem. I keep Zoom updated and my computer. This computer is an iMac 27", Retina 5K, Late 2015 model. I have 750 GB of free space, Zoom only uses at most 30% of CPU. I have 24 GB of RAM and I never even get close to 50% of memory used on Zoom. I can post Etrecheck report and answer questions but please someone give me some ideas to check!!

I setup a dummy meeting on my desktop as the host to see how the closed captioning works by assigning myself as the closed captioner. Once I did this, it's stuck with me! I joined unlogged in as another user on my phone, and I can’t see a way to reassign the closed captioning to my second self . When I click the CC button at the bottom on the desktop, it just opens a window for me to type. When I try to click the CC icon, it displays the mute button over it. The popup menu has no closed captioning option.
