We are currently experiencing an issue that I need assistance in sorting please? (I’ve tried live chat but when I asked for customer support I was told that my account doesn’t have access to live support).
My issue is that we deliver training via zoom and we need to have our logo on screen at all times, a virtual background doesn’t work very well when the trainer needs to give a live demo but the video filter is an optional setting rather than a mandatory setting, we would need to be able to set it so all users are required to use the video filter. Is there any way of sorting this issue?

"registration is closed" although i have up to 500 participants,

the meeting is running now, there are about 10 participants that could not join the meeting. but they succeeded to join through the cell not through the browser.

how come ? why? what did i defined wrong?

Hi, how do I record only  from the host camera? (Not the active speakers). Not the participants, even when they speak.

The virtual background option that I have been using, is not working anymore. No matter what background I choose , it is "projected" on me, not behind me. I already went through all the suggested solutions available through tutorials and bot, but this specific problem is not even listed...Please, can Can anybody help? Thanks a lot!

Zoom Virtual Background show garbage during video meeting

I am using ADL U28 4+8 system and when i enabled "I've have a green screen" and selected virtual background, after enabling virtual background. Video garbage occurs and not able to see face clearly. Kindly let me know how to solve this issue. Thanks ... Show more

I recently purchased a microphone with an aux input into my laptop to use for Zoom meetings.  When I plug this in, Zoom only recognizes this as a speaker, and doesn't give me the option to use this as a microphone.  Does anyone know how to make this work?

Has anyone had issues with their Zoom Client application not launching on a Mac recently?  It constantly says "Application Not Responding".  I've uninstalled & re-downloaded several times now with the same issue each time. 

 

ios Catalina  version : 10.15.7

 

Although I will say, I have had this same issue occurring over several operating systems.

Hi! Recently I changed my computer with Mac Pro  and before that I was using windows based system at my old computer. My account and app which works perfectly on my windows based computer now doesn't work. I am trying to open my old account and the app keep saying check your network connection even though there is nothing wrong about my internet. I tried to delete and redownload the app but it didn't work either. Any suggestions???

Hi, I'm having an issue with screen sharing on Zoom Linux Client. When I move the floating meeting controls during a screen share and share my screen later in the meeting, the floating meeting controls are back at the default position. When I drag the toolbar to my first screen, I want it to be there for every screen share I do in any meeting. This is how it works in Windows. Why doesn't it work in Linux?

The only way we can rectify this is for the client to set up the Zoom meeting and I join in. I really need to know what is happening here so I can rectify it for future meetings.
