Hello, I have an existing meeting that I want to convert to a webinar.  The meeting link was created before the account was upgraded to support webinar.  I did a test meeting after the account was upgraded and can see the link to convert it.  However, the meeting which was created before the upgrade does not have the convert to webinar.  How can this problem be resolved so that I don't lose the original meeting link?

I am the purchaser/host of a standard Pro Zoom.

Until this morning I have been able to hyperlink from the URL address https://us04web.zoom.us/profile  direct to my sign-in page, where I enter my e-mail address and password.  It then gives me access to my profile page where I schedule my meetings.

I kind of went to look at some Zoom videos or something, today, and now the above doesn't work.

By clicking on my hyperlink now, it instead sends me to  https://us04web.zoom.us/profile but now in site map format - nothing there seems to get me back to the sign-in page.

I don't want that site map page, how do I set-up or reset to go direct to the sign-in page.

All web browser searches under headings like Zoom profile, sign in, schedule meetings, etc that I have tried just keep coming back to this site map page, as the unsatisfactory answer to my problem.

A have a hybrid class with some members f-2-f and some participating via Zoom. The audio for the Zoomers is variable unless the f-2-f members sit close together near the computer mic. I have bought an external mic with an extension chord that plugs into the USB slot on the class laptop (with large screen monitor),  I placed it  in the centre of the room with tables pushed close together, but it does not activate as the computer mic overrides it.  When I set up the meeting, the first dialogue box that appears is "Join with Computer Audio" which suggests that other options are available. I have tried the Windows "Settings (audio) but there appears to be no way to switch to the External microphone. What do you suggest?

I use zoom almost daily, on my Google Pixel 6pro, Asus Chromebook or a Samsung tablet, and I have no issues.  On one particular zoom, I don't see the icons for microphone or video, and therefore unable to participate.  I've checked my settings, and both are allowed, either from the app or directly from the zoom website.  My devices are also up to date, so I am stumped.  I've asked the host, they are not restricting either for the participants.  Please help and thank you

Scenario: I want to send out stereo audio to an audience using my Focus 4Pre Thunderbolt audio interface while NOT doing a screen capture.

• I have a stereo audio feed coming into channels 1/2.  I want this to be my 'stereo mic' and be recognized as such by zoom. 
• My 4pre is set as Microphone in the meeting as well as output
• I have enabled all the pre-requisities for pro audio sounds on the zoom site.
• I have set original sound on specifying my 4pre as the mic
• I'm not doing a screen share with all the features of audio there. 

When I test the microphone from the menu before and during the  meeting and also recording I hear audio in both sides of my headphones. After recording the video is completed and the meeting ende and then listening to it I only hear the left channel of audio. 

Is this by intention or is there some other setting I'm missing?

In our citrix environment (1912ltrs/windows2016),

we have zoom for VDI client and "ZoomCitrixHDXMediaPlugin" plugin on our windows user pc.

I would like to know if there is an option to automatically update both?
