When I'm in a meeting, if I mute my video, a white generic head appears. How can I change this to be a photo from my camera instead? Do I just need to set a profile photo?

I tried to record a meeting on my work computer (PC) rather than my usual home computer (mac). I was told there was not enough (memory?) and the recording was stopped after a few minutes. It told me to change something in settings but since I was in the meeting I was not able to address this and the msg went away.

Hi Zoom Community, I am supporting a company, when they end the meeting they are unable to leave they need to end the task zoom just for them to close it. We have tried re-installing and updating Zoom but to no avail, it is still an issue. Has anyone experienced this maybe share the possible solution for this? Support is taking a while to reply.
