I receive the message "restricted from screen sharing when external users a present." Has anyone had this issue? How did you resolve it? I have attached to images.

Has anyone experienced starting a meeting, only to have your zoom window freeze and spontaneously close as soon as a guest joins the meeting. One window opens offering to share feedback with Zoom and then another opens and puts me back in the meeting, As long as I stop my video the meeting continues without interruption. I have video on for others with no negative impact. I have followed suggestions to update drivers, update Zoom, update Chrome. It doesn't happen for every meeting which makes it even harder to understand. Thanks for any insight you can share!

I have MacBook Pro. I have had challenges with Zoom prescheduled meetings. Will schedule on app on laptop, "copy invitation" and send to my group of 30 people in advance. Day of meeting I can either initiate via calendar link or from app and not one of the invitees can join. I am in the meeting alone. If I close the meeting, I can go back into the app and Join meeting from the app, but in general starting the meeting from my ICALis not successful. Very frustrating when people think I am late to the meeting I scheduled!

Hi, I have set up a meeting which contains a poll / quiz. This is my first time doing a poll. The participants are in anonymous mode. There are eight multiple choice answers and one free text response needed. I've tested it with some team members and when a report is generated and downloaded, what I see are the questions copied over in full but not the percentages for the multiple choice answers and I also get the responses to the free text question in the report. I do get them on screen in real time. What I want is a record of the percentages in a report. Is this possible? Is it because I have a mix of multiple choice and free text questions or is it because of the anonymous mode? I can jot down on paper the percentages from the screen but that's not ideal as I'm also hosting the presentation and sharing screen. I don't want to be faffing about making notes as well (as mistakes may be made). Your help is appreciated. Thanks

But sometimes during a meeting, my video suddenly goes off. When I try to put it on it says "your video has been disabled by the host". When I contacted the host, he said he didn't disable my video. This has happened many others times with other users in the same meeting. Was it really the host or it's just a technical glitch from zoom?

Does anyone know if you can add a 3rd party survey link to a meeting template? I've tried to edit our template and there is a tab for 'polls' but no tab for 'surveys' even though I have it enabled under settings.

Is there a way to show a user's time zone or current time next to their names in the main chat window? That comes in very handy when working with global teams.
I have recurring meetings for a year for our Board meetings. We want to have a zoom poll on our meeting next week, but not on all of the meetings. Is it possible to add a poll to just one date of a recurring meeting? I did find the recurring meeting in the list but need help with the rest. Can this be done? Can someone help?

I have repeatedly found a problem with live (auto) captions when I play back a recording. They appear fine but the last 40 words or so of the recording captions are completely missing - both in the CC transcript and and on the recording (last caption appears stuck for last couple of spoken sentences). I have tested this with another user, same problem. Any idea what is going on?

i recently recorded a webinar with shared screen and zoom didn't record presenters thumbnail and I had the proper setting on. after playing with settings i had another webinar and it recorded thumbnails along the side of my screen as well as cut off part of my shared presentation. i have Camtasia as a editing software, is it possible to remove the thumbnails from my already recorded zoom webinar?
