If i host a meeting without sharing my screen everything goes ok. However, if I share my screen, after a while the sound starts to have a significant delay (several seconds) causing the meeting to become totally unpractical.

I then need to stop the meeting, relaunch it again, and everything starts to work ok again (unless I share my screen again...).

Does anyone know why this happens and what I can do to avoid this?

Hi there. As a host, I get the error message "You cannot share the screen in this meeting". However, this error message only comes when the first participant has joined, before that it works. Does anybody know, what setting is responsible for this? Or what other conflict this is (with Windows, or so)? Thanks for every answer!

Hi! This has happened twice with me this week: I had a meeting booked with one person but they were counted as two by Zoom from the beginning. The same name appeared twice in the waiting room and the meeting stopped at 40 min which was very inconvenient. Do you have an explanation for this?

has anyone experienced this? I have book marked all my meetings and now it looks like this, check for the attached screenshot.

it is really frustrating and on top of that I usually play music with my own microphone and now I cannot locate my microphone on the options

My Zoom add on for Google G-Suite Calendar is no longer creating meetings. The Zoom drop down option appears on the main event creation screen but I get a "failure to create meeting" message. I've uninstalled and re-installed add on with no effect. All GSuite-Zoom access is granted. I am the administrator for our organization so permissions are not the issue. I saw this elsewhere in the community with no reply. I am using Edge browser, GSuite Calendar, Zoom add on.

I use this all the time so all suggestions welcome! Juliet
