Hey, I can share my mac and ipad but cannot share on zoom.
The error message was unable to connect to " Mae's Macbook Pro."
I see mention in Zoom Help of something called Remote support session.
Is this different from Request Control in a screen share? Does it work in the free version?
I would like registration required for all my meetings. I can set that up in a template but I have a scheduling tool that automatically connects to Zoom and I can't find a way to make it access my template that has that option saved. Does anyone know if this is possible to have a saved template as the default?

Hi, I usually used Zoom to watch my online classes as a universitary student. Since several months, I can't follow lessons anymore because audio and video are stopping every 30 seconds for at least 2 seconds... That's not a problem of connection because I tried also to change it ad it remains. I have this problem both in the app and using zoom by browser. I tried also to make some video calls on zoom with my friends to verify if I had the problem only with Uni classes, but it remains also for private meetings. I don't know where the problem might be, if you have some suggestions, please write me.

I am recording my Zoom meetings to share with my client. When I copy the link and send to the client it asks them to open their account in Zoom and is not allowing the link to work? How can I get the recording link to work correctly? Is it something to do with how the client account is set up in Zoom? SSO for example? Thanks,

I can't join zoom since a month ago, I always get this error code (I add pictures) I have deleted and installed zoom tons of times since then, for the M1 Apple Chip. The last time I used it, I joined from an institutional account and when I tried to join from the personal one again, I couldn't. I would really appreciate your help since I'm having my final teaching exams soon and I need to use zoom for that!!!
