UK numbers do not show up

hi there, i have a user who has a strange issue. the UK numbers do not show when selecting the global dial in. Whereas some of the other users i tested do not have this issue. Has anyone encountered this before? or for that matter, any other global dial in numbers that do not show up in your case.

 

a re-install has already been attempted. version is 5.8.1435
