Meeting times

sent out an invite for a 10AM meeting. Client says when they click on the link its an 11:30 meeting. How does this happen and can I still use the old invite for this meeting? I am hosting

Problem with camera

The camera option on my screen says video is on but there is a no camera sign on the screen. This has been for the last 3 weeks. I have all updates checked.

Hello everyone! I really need your help on this. Im practicing for a conference that i have to do tomorrow. Here's my problem. When i share my screen, i go to advanced settings to share my powerpoint ( when you appear IN the powerpoint). Everything's working perfectly except for my clicker. It doesn't work at all. To change my slides i have to use the arrow on the screen....but I hate it cuz im standing at 5 feet from my computer. I really need to know what to do to use my clicker. Thank you so much

Before we converted Zoom over to using an OKTA login, I was able to share my login with my team, in order to have recordings downloaded, Reports run, scheduling, etc. With the new accounts being behind Okta, and each team member having their own acco... Show more

Before we converted Zoom over to using an OKTA login, I was able to share my login with my team, in order to have recordings downloaded, Reports run, scheduling, etc. With the new accounts being behind Okta, and each team member having their own account, the only thing we can do is schedule for each other but can not see anything within the other team members accounts. This is a problem with our follow-up and sometimes even the trainings/webinars themselves. Is there any way to either have more insight into each other's accounts?

Help - screen sharing / mirroring from iPad to Zoom on PC

I am no longer able to screen share / mirror my iPad Pro screen to Zoom (i.e. when hosting Zoom meetings on my Dell laptop).

 

Both the PC and the iPad are running the latest operating systems and Zoom software.

 

In the past I could wirelessly share my iPad screen to the Zoom meeting running on my PC by tapping the mirroring icon on the iPad and selecting the iOS option when using the "share screen" button on Zoom on the PC.

 

Now, the iOS option doesn't appear in Zoom's share screen menu / window, nor does Zoom (running on the PC) appear in my iPad's screen sharing menu (only Apple TV appears).

 

Is this due to an issue with the current version on Zoom or do you know the solution!?

My microphone has suddenly stopped working in Zoom. I've recently upgraded to Windows 11 but I don't know if this is anything to do with it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and I've checked that all the device drivers are up to date.

 

Zoom tells me that the device is not working properly.

 

I've spent hours trying to sort the problem today and I'm out of ideas. Can anyone help?

I started recording a zoom call that I was hosting.  I gave Host rights to another attendee so they could share their presentation.  However, she left call before giving me Host rights back to save recording.  Is the recording lost?  It only notes "processing" in the My Recording tab.  TY!

The sign in window for Zoom will not show capital letters in the username space or the password space. My keyboard is working perfectly as shown in this post. However, in the Zoom sign in area, I can't log in because it keeps changing my uppercase letters to lowercase. I had to sign in via Google.

 

Has this happened to anyone else? I use an Apple - MacOS BigSur.
