Chat not working

I noticed that when I am on zoom meeting and the word document is posted in the chat. I can never see the document. It doesn't come up in my chat. Everyone else in the meeting gets the document but not me. Can someone give me advice on how to fix it? Show more

I am an executive recruiter and regularly schedule meetings for others to attend that I will not be involved with.  I've used the outlook zoom app for almost a year and set up over 200 meetings this way during that time.  During the last week I've had three separate clients reach out to me saying that they couldn't join the meeting and received an error code that the meeting was scheduled at a different time.  All I'm doing is adding a zoom meeting to an outlook invite.  The outlook meeting time is correct and with the way the app works I'm not setting up a specific "zoom time" so I have no idea why they would be receiving this error.  Any thoughts?

Recording disappeared

I recorded a webinar on the cloud, and it is nowhere to be found, not on the zoom website under recordings, nor in the trash, nor in Echo 360. Late in the Webinar i looked and it was still recording, but at the end it wasn't. Don't know how the recording stopped, but there would have been something left.

Hi everyone. Hope you have some ideas on how to solve this issue. When I open my desktop version of zoom it constantly freezes and I cannot participate in any meeting. It says I have a pore internet connection. However, I do not have a problem with any other app on the same computer. In addition zoom app on my phone works perfectly on the same wifi. What can I do?

Need accessible meeting controls for Hosts

It's time to pop-out the meeting controls for hosts. It is too cumbersome to have to navigate around drop-down menus hunting for controls. Meetings are becoming productions. The basic controls all need to be upfront.

Concurrent Zoom meetings - 1 Business Account, 4 Licensed Users

We have a Business account with 4 Licensed users.  Can each of those Licensed users run 2 concurrent meetings or is the business account limited to 2 concurrent meetings total, regardless of how many Licensed users it has?

When I start a meeting where I have been designated as an alternative host Zoom flags the hosts account as being in use. This makes no sense to me as I have a license and have started the meeting. My understanding, up until now 🙂 , was that when starting a meeting the license of the user starting the meeting was used, hence the reason alternative hosts need to have a license.

 

Do I need to do something special when starting a meeting to get it to use my license?
