Hello,

My microphone is not working at all since yesterday. I joined the meeting, couldn't hear the person talking and it couldn't detect my voice either. I did the troubleshooting test and nothing happens. There's no sound coming from the speaker-test and microphone test. When I turned off microphone access in the Windows setting, suddenly I can hear the person talking. But then, the microphone couldn't be detected in Zoom. I don't know what's wrong. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest version but it still doesn't work. 

I want to record my meetings while keeping my client's privacy intact (no recordings of them, voice only).  

I need to see my clients during my recorded meetings WITHOUT recording their video, only their audio. 

The recording would have me, the host, visible (AND any screen sharing in same recording as host) - while only recording the client's voice on the recording.

BUT during the meeting I NEED to see my clients the whole time!

What is the best way to set this up?

To have a picture or video ready to display without showing control icons like arrows or a play button I prefer to have the media in full screen and then alt-tab over to Zoom for a Share Screen but when I do this Zoom does not show a full screen'd picture/video as a screen shareable option, why?

I am at a loss! I Do Not want to create my own meeting or send invites to others. I recieve weekly meeting invites from my supervisor and would like to add these meetings (ID number and Passcode) to my Google Calendar. My calendar is already linked to my Zoom G Suite app. Please help! Thank you so much! 

Vertrag abschließen und Geld abbuchen geht immer irre schnell .... aber wehe der Kunde hat eine Frage. Dann wird man in ein Labyrinth von nutzlosen Artikeln geschickt oder landet im schlimmsten Fall bei diesen Chat-Roboter. Aber eine E-Mail-Adresse, um seine Fragen zu stellen, gibt es nicht. Irgendwie sind diese ganzen amerikanischen Firmen gleich. Tun so, als würde der Kunde im Mittelpunkt stehen - aber nur bei der Bezahlung.

Also, wir haben den Vertrag gekündigt, aber im Konto steht storniert. Eine Stornierung ist keine Kündigung. Wahrscheinlich haben die Amis auch am Übersetzer gespart? Nun möchte ich von meinem Vertragspartner wissen, ob mein Vertrag als gekündigt hinterlegt ist. Eigentlich eine ganz einfache Frage. Aber die Antwort zu erhalten ist kaum möglich.

Wie erhalte ich eine Klärung meines Vertragsstatus?????
