I am wondering, if I download a recording from the cloud, does this mean that anyone I sent the recording to will lose the ability to view it. Does it stay in the cloud, as well as the download to my computer?

Hello I had an alteryx workflow that consumed data from our Zoom account since 2020 but in November 2021 it stopped working. I was reviewing this workflow now and when I send the request to API I get this error: {"code":124,"message":"Access token is expired."} I went to developers page and regenerated the token and updated my workflow, but same error. Can someone help please?

I have the free client, downloaded today. I have looked around for how to blue the background, but I don't seem to have a settings icon in the upper right corner area. Is blurred background not available on the free client?

My organization runs monthly 1-hour seminars. The typical size of the video+audio file is just over 500MB. The file for yesterday's seminar was 1.06G, which all by itself puts us over the 1G limit. (In other words, not including the audio only or chat files). Why is the video+audio file suddenly so large?

Zoom was repeatedly Disconnecting my Session (even after I updated to latest 5.10.1.

Having worked perfectly for years - my system will only allow Screen Share a few times (typically 3x) and then the Apps I would have expected to be presented disappear leaving me with the Whiteboard and ipad/iphone - where I would have expected to see Powerpoint. I'm running Windows 11 and no other concurrent Apps - except Powerpoint. This is a new problem - only started happening in the last week and I have reset Share screen options in settings - the only way i can clear it once it's started is a reboot. Any ideas? Steve

I am wondering if there is a command line or script to administratively run to invoke an update of the Zoom Client, when it has been installed under an individual user context. It would be helpful as well if it would work with old versions, going back to 3.5, if possible.

I have shared PowerPoint presentations using zoom for 2 years now no problem. Yesterday the PowerPoint seemed to be working fine on my computer but wasn't running on the audience's computers. Two Hours of Problem solving I found the solution When you first click share and select your PowerPoint you next Click Slide Show and start. Your PowerPoint is for some reason labeled paused. Click end share and then click share selecting your open PowerPoint and it will run correctly. It appears that Zoom is trying to run your PowerPoint under the other open application
