We have a practice of enabling closed captions for our meetings. I am curious to know if there's a way to find out how many people are using this feature in a given session.
all of my regular weekly meeting disconnects in 10 minutes recently, need to relog in to run the meeting, does anyone have similar issues?
I see on Zoom's site that the personal data it receives includes meeting content. Does that mean if someone forgets to record a meeting that Zoom will have a backup recording or transcripts? Or is the site referring to meetings that are recorded only?

From today my PRO plan (automatically renewed on January 4th, regularly paid for over a year) has switched to BASE. Also all my recordings have disappeared. Can I recover them? There is all my work! Da oggi il mio piano PRO (rinnovato in automatico il 4 Gennaio, regolarmente pagato da oltre un anno) è passato a BASE. Inoltre sono scomparse tutte le mie registrazioni. Posso recuperarle? E' il lavoro di un anno!

Hey,
Since evening I ma facing an issue while generating reports. is there any glitch happening with the zoom report? I am not able to download the reports. Kindly help me out with it.
I am too new to know the correct terms, so please forgive my phrasing.
We have a new computer that we are using in our house, to replace our old one.
Do I need to download Zoom again, before I can run a meeting?
And if so, how?
Thank you for any help!
I have a Kindle fire. When I'm sharing my screen as the host the other person can see the screen but can't hear the audio. Any suggestions as to how to get this to work? Only happens when trying to screen share.
Four different meetings this week, all windows users. Nobody able to share full screen/desktop. Never an option now for any users. What has changed? Had to switch to Teams twice to do what we wanted.
