I have reviewed several pages of questions related to Polling in Meetings and do not see this question answered.  Apologies if I've missed something.

We have long had the feature turned on to allow hosts to create a poll before OR DURING a meeting.  I have one Pro user who never sees the option to begin a Poll in real time during an active meeting.   When I start a meeting myself, as another Pro user, I also don't see a Polling option.

We are both updated on version 5.8.7.2058.  I have not inquired of anyone else in our organization if they are encountering the same issue, but if two of us are, presumably everyone is.  Screenshot attached shows my Zoom menu bar (nothing under More except Live Stream options).
Please advise.

Thank you,

Amber

Hi,

My team would like to have 1 reusable meeting where we can all work together online, where the meeting has predefined breakout rooms for people to go to on need-basis (similar to having virtual conference rooms). Ideally we don't need to re-setup breakout rooms every day.

I'm able to create a recurring meeting that has predefined breakout rooms, but noticed that:

1. The host must enter the room to open the breakout rooms. Is there a way to keep breakout rooms open by default?

2. To let everyone go between any breakout room, I have to first recreate new breakout rooms to enable the setting to let people move between rooms and then reset breakout rooms again to pre-defined rooms; is there a way for my recurring meeting to default to users moving between rooms?)

Is there a way to change hosts every few weeks within the same pro Zoom account? This is for a weekly meeting in which we want to have a volunteer serve as host for one month at a time. We would need for that person to be able host the recurring weekly meeting  without having to go through the account holder. They would need to be able to start and host the meeting including having control of muting, a waiting room, etc.

Number in parentheses after Zoom username

Does anyone know what a number in parentheses after a Zoom username means? For example iPad(5).

Thanks!

Schedule a meeting for people inside and outside the organization with different privileges

I want to host a meeting and let people inside my org to join and share contents, opinion (it means they can do everything as usual) but I want people outside the org to join (observe) only. They can't turn on mic, share screen... Can zoom do this? Show more
