The camera has the light next to it so I know it is on but only shows a black screen. It works fine with Google Chat and Microsoft Teams. It worked fine until about 6 weeks ago.
when I save my meeting schedule configuration and hit SAVE, I get
"- Something went wrong. Please refresh this page."

I'm back... Attempting to make a single answer poll question with one selection option. It has been confirmed by Bort, that a minimum of two selection choices are allowed in the standard polling feature. Is a minimum of two responses also required with the advanced polling option for a single answer question? I am trying to make an officers' ballot; all positions don't have multiple candidates. Thank you

Attempting to construct a single response question. The first choice was successfully entered, I don't have a 2nd choice to enter. How can I remove "Choice 2" so that this selection is not available to select when the poll is launched? Thank you

I once used my friend's zoom ID and now every time I go on a zoom call her name shows up instead of mine. I can't seem to get her off. please help

I am the sponsor of a meeting and I name to be listed on the "attendees" list of registered attendees. This used to work and now gives me an error "sponsor cannot register". How do I get around this? I am using this list for CME purposes and I must track name and email of all attendees, including me.

Hey everyone, I'm a music producer and often collaborate using Zoom calls. For some reason I'm unable to share my audio through Zoom. I've tried enabling multiple different outputs within my DAW and tried messing with the Zoom audio output settings but no matter what I change the audio can only be heard through my laptop speakers. When I can hear my audio through my studio monitors no one else in the call can hear what I'm hearing. Hoping somebody on here can provide a solution.

I just got windows 11 and a new device and can't syn outlook calendars with zoom. Calendly and zoom communicate but not zoom and outlook. Everything worked fine on the old device and windows 10 but with this new setup I repeatedly get an error message when integrating calendars on zoom.us. - I am the sole owner of this account. - No idea what Azure is - other conversations about integration in this community did not resolve my issue. - outlook plugin in Outlook works fine but can't zoom meetings don't show on my outlook calender. - BIG problem- please help. Error Message "Message: AADSTS50020: User account '(personaladdress)@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Zoom Video Communications' and cannot access the application 'fc108d3f-543d-4374-bbff-c7c51f651fe5'(Zoom) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account."

Without Zoom app installed the preinstalled camera works. When I install the Zoom app I can do a preview then when I click to join the meeting I get an error that no camera can be found. I click on the camera icon and it says camera not installed. As soon as I click 'join meeting' I lose the camera from my laptop completely. Further, if I try and go to Zoom's website I get an error. I reset all permissions to default and the firewall is not blocking anything. It was working a week ago. I updated the laptop and the driver for the camera. Help!
