Why can't "Upcoming Meetings" show beyond today?

In MacOS, why can't the Zoom desktop app's "Meetings / Upcoming" window show more than just 1 day?

I was hosting a workshop today and had about 20 people on with me when my Zoom client completely froze.

I couldn't see their comments
They couldn't see me change the slides I was sharing
and I lost total control of the controls - I couldn't access them at all

They could still hear me and interact with each other.

I couldn't even leave the meeting and join again. To end the meeting I had to shut down my PC.

My 1-1 meetings have been fine, it's only these large ones I have a problem with. I have a 100meg fibre line so my internet isn't a problem.

The same thing happened 2 weeks ago when I was hosting another workshop with about 40 people.

Am wondering if my Zoom meetings are being hacked somehow?

Any ideas??

Last night I hosted a zoom meeting.  I sent out invitations with the exact invite info.  I had two people try to join but I was only able to hold the meeting with one of them at a time.  When the other person would try to get into the meeting they would get a message that stated I was hosting another meeting.  I started over with them both, again sent them the identical meeting invite.  I'd start the meeting and then one of their names would pop up as waiting, I'd grant them access, in they would come.  The next guy would never show up as being in the waiting room and later told me they got the same message that I was hosting another meeting.  I do not know if I have hit some strange button in settings or what.  Anyone have any ideas?  I have held meetings in the past and never had this problem.  I pay $149.00 a year for my membership and it is current.

Thank you!!!  @links

I have sent out outlook invitations for several meetings.  It has now been decided that they want to allow attendees to join by zoom.  Can I set up my zoom personal meeting id and then copy that link into all of the  calendar invites or do I have to set up the meetings through zoom ?  I want to use the same link for all meetings.  The meetings are not recurring on a regular basis  so I don't want to use that option.  Thank you.

I have access to both our old email address domain and the new one. I've received the confirmation email to the old address and confirmed it but the one to the new domain (at O365) hasn't been received nor has the message tracking shown it even coming into Office 365's email system.  I've resent it many times with the same outcome (Einstein's definition of insanity...).  How can this be completed if the new domain email isn't either being sent out by Zoom or is being blocked somehow (with no way to communicate with support either...).

Can't open recording.

I made my first recording. When asked, I chose adobe, but when I try to open it, I'm told I can't, and I'm given no other option nor any way to change from adobe. Please help. Thanks!

Have already started a chat with support but trying to figure out why gesture recognition isn't available in my Zoom settings on my iMAC [Mac (21.5-inch, Late 2012) running Mojave 10.14.6]. The same Zoom account is used on a MacBook Air and it has the option available. See the screenshots.

I haven't seen anything in the release notes that says the feature isn't available on certain machines or operating systems. Both computers have the latest Zoom desktop app.

Anyone else having this issue?

I made many local recordings for work meetings, and then hand to hand my laptop in when the service changed to a new provider. All my recordings were and are still visible in Zoom under "local recordings" but won't let me access them because it says that it was recorded on a different computer.

Is there any way to access these? They are very important for my work.
