To invite a person directly to a Zoom meeting with registration

Hi all. If I set up a meeting with registration, does the direct invitation link still work? If I share the invitation link (not the registration link) with someone, can the person attend the meeting without registration?

If you select the registeration to be required everyone need to register to be able to join the meeting even if you share the URL of the invitation contain (the meeting ID and Passcode)
