I have audio and video problems. For some reason, nobody during the meetings can see or hear me. These are some of the things I tried to solve the problem but did not help: checking during the meeting at the bottom of the screen if I am muted and the camera is on, leaving the meeting and joining again, logging out and then logging in, going into the settings for camera and audio, uninstalling and reinstalling the zoom app. I have two accounts, one is personal(***********), second is my student one(***********). For both of the audio and video is not working on all devices (mine personal and from others).
Please, could you help me with this problem?

Is it possible to zoom without camera? I do not have such device with my MAC MINI!
Does anyone know what would cause a particular application to NOT show up in the list of open application to choose from in the Basic Screen Sharing window? To my knowledge any open application will show in the Basic tab as an option to choose from. To share that application only. In Windows 10, what might cause a single specific application to NOT show up in that list? It's a healthcare application. Is there some type of certificate that prevents it from being shared potentially?

Hi, I am using Jabra Elite Active 75 and Macbook Pro 13 for my Zoom meetings but the microphone output level keeps automatically muted whenever I speak. I must open the Audio setting on my computer and ready to slide the volume bar up whenever I speak. There is no problem at all when using the earphone for Zoom meetings on my phone. Any ideas?

When I stop talking for some time (30-60sec), my mic stops working (Zoom on Win 10). To restore, I need to change the microphone setting in the meetings between "Microphone (Logitech G533 Gaming Headset)" and "Same as System(Microphone (Logitech G533 Gaming Headset))". It also seems to cut out if I move the mic up on the headset to cause it to auto-mute. The audio in the headset does not have any issues with cutting out, only the mic. This does not happen in Microsoft Teams meetings, so I'm not sure how Windows can be blamed. This has been happening since I started using the headset almost a year ago and isn't tied to a specific Zoom version. I'm running Logitech G Hub with auto-update enabled.

Our company is starting to deploy zoom meeting on premise. Before we deploy it on our premises, we need to set the poc first. To avoid several security requirements, we decided to deploy it on cloud(gcp). The deployment is successful but when we need to start the meeting on premise, we are facing zoom error 104103. Did anyone have the same problem when deploying zoom on premises on gcp platform? Kindly need anyone help

hi guyz, i am getting zoom - Not connected on top the of app window. I m still able to enter into my meets and work. But is there any known issue going on with 5.10.6 ?

When a meeting attendee enters the waiting room it creates a ping notification. I would like to change the audio file that is played for the notification from a ping to something more noticeable I would hear even from another room. Maybe this is a stretch, but I was thinking the audio file for the ping notification might be in the file system somewhere, so I could replace it with a custom notification sound. The idea is for me to be logged into Zoom all day, clients can jump on and speak with me spontaneously, and I'll hear that someone joined even from another room.

I need help with this error please! (I tried creating a ticket but the response from zoom was that they are not receiving any tickets at this moment) I am trying to log into zoom on a new apple silicon MacBook air. I downloaded both the intel and silicon version of the zoom client but when I try to authenticate with google (As I used to do in my last computer) I get the following error: "You cannot sign into zoom using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instruction" (screenshot found in attachments) I've tried: - different browsers with no different result - the silicon and intel versions of the zoom client with no different result - I'm able to able to authenticate the same way in my iPad and Mobile Android phone with no problems - I can't even authenticate with my personal account (which is not tied to any company) - I can authenticate normally in my pc using the windows client both in my company account and personal account - My account is managed by my company and no changes were made in permissions for the company account
