Zoom Audio Intermittently Going In & Out

My supervisor keeps having issues with his Zoom Audio. It's going in and out? Any idea why?

Hi @sierraturner, and welcome to the Zoom Community! Do you know what type of device they're using? Also, are they using internal or external speakers? 

 

On another note, sometimes I have audio issues when my internet connection is weak. That's another thing we might want to check for.

this is for our hula class so there is music.which comes and goes and i cant hear them on the ipu drum.they have a external micraphone they plug into
