Hello there,

 

This keeps happening to me. I start a scheduled meeting from either Zoom.us or my Zoom client, but no one joins it. Then I get an email from Zoom saying that people have joined my meeting. Since they are not in my current meeting, I have to end the meeting and start it all over again using the link the Zoom email.

 

I checked the meeting id -- they are the same (in the email and in my Zoom account). I also have disabled "participants can join before host." I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I find this so nerve-wracking when I'm supposed to be hosting.

the SSO login domain record

HI.I  am using a SSO with company domain to login in,but i have serveral doamin login with zoom meeting.After update the new version of the Zoom meeting, the sso domain will be remember on their cache and auto fill in for next time.but i want leave it blank  of SSO domain everytime login.Anyone know how to delete the domain record on that?

Hello everyone, 

 

For whatever reason, a few people at my company are having this error box open up multiple times when first opening Zoom. A clean uninstall and reinstall doesn't fix the issue.  SFC scannow doesn't either.  The agent is trying to open up the libcef.dll file in the "cef_x86" folder in the Zoom appdata folder.  I have also tried renaming the folder to "zoom.old" to have it recreate the folder.  Furthermore, I have tried copying the "cef_x86" folder over from another user who doesn't seem to be having the issue. 

 

Anyone have experience with this issue that can help me out?

Unable to join breakout room

I am not sure if this question has been asked before so my apologies.

 

Frequently, users in our meetings say "they didn't get a pop up for a breakout room".

 

1. Does anyone know why?

2. How can I direct them to find it?

Thin Blue lines on my video

When I open my camera in Windows, the image is great. When I start Zoom, picture gets grainy and thin horizontal lines appear. Ant ideas on making them go away?

The best way I have found to do this is joining as two participants, which can confuse some participants. There's a few selections I have to make each time I want to share my computer screen like "Don't join with Audio" and "Don't join with video", and then on the iPad it says "Do you want to reclaim the host or merge the call" not to mention I have to type the meeting ID every time on my computer. Since I'm signed in to my Zoom account on the computer, I thought it could be as simple as clicking "share screen" and it would do that in the call I'm already in. Is there no better way?

adding things like

 

AlwaysCheckLatestVersion = 1

 

DisableUpdateTo64Bit =1

 

I assume this should set values in the registry but i cant see any.

 

can you advise where these are set?

 

i thought 64 bit would be : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ZoomUMX\

 

however none of my values set are appearing.

I raised a ticket to retrieve my participation history records in meetings(where I am not the host) from my account that was backdated more than 30 days. After taking 3 days to get all the info from me, the Customer support executive says he cannot retrieve the record from the Host id due to Security reasons. I completely understand that. When I asked him to check with my details because he searched for my records giving my mail ID in the Host Mail field(which I found from the screenshot he shared), he says he has already tried that and shared the screenshots for proof. How can he search with my ID in the Host Email field when I was an attendee only? I really do not understand the response and I have already wasted 3 days on this. Could someone help me on how to escalate this? I am not able to find the escalate option on the request page.
