Hello I am using windows 7, I tried to install zoom using the installer Zoom but it gives the error 10003, I tried with the MSI installer, and it creates all the folders for the program but It is not opening eventhough the process is running. I also creater another user and the same thing is happening. I see that it finishes the proccess after certain time. I attach an image please help

Dear Zoom Administrators, I would like to bring your attention to the illegal activity taking place on the dark net and on Telegram, where Zoom Licenses created using fraudulent credit cards are sold for just a tenth of the original price. I strongly suggest that you halt these illegal licenses from accessing Zoom as it is unfair to us who bought the original license. Please sort this out and revert this issue to your IT department, thank you.

Hello, we have tried installing two versions(5.10.6 and 5.10.2) of Zoom and it has been happening on both of them. the installation we did not run into any issues. I am using SCCM to deploy the application and has both 32bit and 64 bit version of Microsoft VC++ 2015-2019 Redistributable installed on them. Attached is the screenshot of the error message that I am getting when launching the application. Any help is really appreciated.

I created another Zoom account to be able to test the platform from my computer. And still the problem persists, I have no connection to Zoom and there is no case that it works. It´s not about my computer, my computer is a Mac Mini i5 16gbRAM 1tb Hard Drive MacOS Mojave. I´ve always used zoom on it, and never had any problems so far. The app just doesn´t work!!!:..

Every time I go into the audio tab of the Zoom app to get my output device, before I even get to click on a button I get the spinning beach ball. All other tabs, video, chat, etc. have no issues, jsut when I go into audio prefs. I've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? Mac Trach Can 12 core macos Mojave 10.14.6 Zoom app ver 5.11.0 Thanks!

I ended a meeting I had recorded to the cloud about 20 minutes ago, but I still can't find the recording on the cloud. What shall I do?
Hallo, wir haben einen normalen und ausreichend schnellen VDSL-Anschluss (Lancom-Router). Außerdem nutzen wir eine Cloud-Telefon-Anlage der Telekom. Das kuriose Problem mit Zoom ist, dass der Videostream jedes mal einfriert, sobald jemand über den Telekom-Anschluss telefoniert. Wenn alle Telefonate beendet sind, baut sich der Videostream nach 1-2 Minuten langsam wieder auf. Audio ist nicht betroffen und die ganze Zeit verfügbar. Das haben wir mehrfach getestet und konnten es jedes mal reproduzieren. Wir haben natürlich auch schon recherchiert und alles möglich getestet (alle Video-Optimierungen ausgeschaltet, Apps, Treiber und Windows 10 auf den neuesten Stand gebracht, verschiedene PCs und Kameras probiert), aber leider ohne Erfolg.
Da wir das Problem mit Teams nicht haben und auch alle anderen Internet-Anwendungen während Telefonaten einwandfrei funktionieren, scheint es in irgendeiner Weise an der Kombination Zoom/Cloud-Telefonie/Lancom zu liegen.
Hat jemand eine Idee, was man sonst noch testen könnte?
