We are planning to proctor an exam using Zoom, and our goal is to set up a meeting where we can monitor all participants' webcams and screen recordings. However, we need to ensure that the candidates taking the exam cannot see each other's webcams or screen shares.

How can we configure a Zoom meeting to meet these requirements?

I'm having a bit of trouble and could use some help. I'm trying to edit an invitation email, but I can't seem to hide certain numbers that appear in it. I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to work.

I would like to file a complaint against a driving school that got a hold of my email address and keeps sending me unsolicited invitations to their advertising webinars which claim that I registered for their webinar. I have asked them to remove me from their webinar list, and they have not. This is deeply annoying, and I would guess they are doing it to other people. Is there any way to report someone for "zoom spam"?

I am a basic/free user so do not have access to customer support or web tickets.

先週（2024/08/23くらいから）Zoomミーティング時に動作が重くなる事象が複数端末で発生しています。

一部からカメラを切ると多少増しになったとの報告もあったのでレンダリング方法の変更なども試してみたのですが改善せず。

Has anyone ever used Zoom and HubSpot together, without enabling the "Only authenticated users can join" from Zoom and still managed to have the Zoom recordings sync up with HubSpot?
A bit of background: A month ago, we moved our internal meetings to Zoom and needed to implement an exception in HS, that would not sync meetings that only have our company domain from Zoom. Now I'm being told that I need to enable "Only authenticated users can join" which is an issue as this would create friction in the sales process. Has anyone ever tackled a similar problem or maybe knows a workaround?

I have been using Linux Mint Matte for work and since then the meetings have been freezing randomly. I have already tried avoiding different tools and even restarting the meeting manually before everybody entered. Sometimes it goes a week without freezing, but sometimes it freezes three times during the same meeting, within one hour. I do not think I have identified anything in common when it happens, but maybe it has something to do with screen sharing. Supposedly, there is an automated message that is send everytime this happens, but so far, no difference has shown up.

Also, it seems that, even with the updates, the Linux version is well behind the Windows ones, not receiving the attention it needs. It is quite annoying and I have been considering switching to another platform.

It seems the functionality of a NO FIXED TIME meeting has changed with what's displayed in the browser being very different to what's displayed in the app.

I really need the app to reflect the browser, as currently the app is displaying INCORRECT information about recurring meetings with no fixed time. Please advise a) how to do this; b) get the developers to get this bug sorted.
