Hi I recorded a couple of meetings to the cloud. One of them isn't yet processed although the one after finished processing as usual. This one is not processed yet and it's taking too long. Can you please help me solve this issue? I am attaching a screenshot

Hello! I have linked Zoom to my Vimeo account and automatically upload the recording to Vimeo. I have limited Zoom storage, and the recording also saves to my Zoom Cloud, so I have to go in after every meeting and delete the recording on Zoom. Can anyone advise if there is a setting whereby I can continue to upload automatically to Vimeo without also saving to the Zoom cloud? Thank you!

Morning I was wondering why and how to fix my problem. When I'm on a zoom at some stage during the call my audio turns right down so I can't hear anyone. I have to go into settings during the zoom and turn the audio up. I've looked at the settings and all looks the same as another users computer settings. Thanks for you help in advance. 🙂

I'm unable to download zoom on my windows 10. The zoom installer is stuck on 90% and it's not moving forward.
Hi there. I need your help I used to share sound when presentation and it works. Unfortunately a few weeks ago when i share my sound, the audience report that the sound so bad. It is looks like over volume. In fact, in device or even in Windows Media Player, all has been set with the minimum one Please help, thanks for your respons

Hi, love some help. This happening to anyone else. I've scheduled a Meeting for 4 Wednesdays in a row. I've chosen to tick the passcode as the option. It worked the first 2 times, with me being host. Now on this 3rd time and 4th time, the passcode was skipped and everyone could enter without it and the Host wasn't recognised so I couldn't record the event. I've tested it for this 4th time and I can get straight in without a passcode, and also concerned that I won't be able to record the event also. Last time down to the right of the screen, it showed a place for us to click on to claim the host. This didn't work. I am the host. I also tested out not allowing participants to enter whenever they liked to make sure I as the first person on to claim host. But this didn't change anything. Please help? I don't understand what settings I have wrong. Thanks so much.

I recorded a meeting, and tried to convert the file — but obviously something went wrong, because the file extension is not .MP4 (as I'd have expected), but .zoom - and I cannot play it. Is it simply a matter of changing the extension to .MP4? Any other suggestions?
