We are using Zoom to run hybrid live/Zoom church services. We are planning to add a ScreenDeck to our system to streamline our presentations. What we would like to do is have  single button which will share our extended screen without having to go through the Zoom Screenshare dialog.  We always share the same screen, and always have the sound box selected. Can anyone suggest a method to achieve this?

Any help will be thoroughly appreciated.

I have experienced issues with my Zoom microphone pretty much since I started using the software. It is frequently impossible to hear me, and when I am heard, my voice is squeaky.

I have tried to resolve this issue numerous times (uninstall/reinstall, updating drivers, etc) with no luck.

I am now desperate to get this matter resolved. I feel quite embarrassed at meetings!

I use Windows 11/Google Chrome.

When I use iPad to join a meeting organized by an organization, they provides me a test link.

When I click that link via iPad, it launches my pre-installed Zoom APP.

But once I tab "Join" the classroom;

it launches zoom and prompts me the 1st dialog box saying "To hear others please join audio" with option "No Audio" or "Wifi" and;

RIGHT AFTER that 2nd dialog box so quick to prompt out overriding the 1st dialog box saying "Device Test Results" with Microphone & Speaker & Front Camera && Back Camera ALL Green Tick Circle that waiting me to tab Done.

Once I tab Done, BOTH dialog box gone without letting me to tab the 1st classroom "Wifi" option.

Hence, I fail to join that classroom.

Any advice?

Remark: I have tried another separate meeting created by my notebook zoom and when I join via iPad I can tab Wifi option. Can I default it as Wifi somehow? Or any other solution?

Hi Smart People! 

I have a need to screen share my iPhone during zoom meetings.  One thing I've noticed is that when it's being shared, the audio from the iphone (for instance if it receives a notification) is played through my computer, rather than through my phone.  Is there a way to change that behavior?  I need my phone to act normally and play it's own audio while being shared.

I have latest iOS Zoom installed - 5.10.4 - and host an event weekly. Only I stream video and audio and all participants are muted with video off.

I cannot swipe right on my iPhone to display my video - even though I am the speaker as everyone else is muted. But the app will only show the first participant to join the meeting in speaker view. The only view I can get of myself is a tiny floating thumbnail which I can drag around the screen but cannot expand or make any bigger.

Also when I swipe left to view gallery, I am also not shown there either.

How to fix this? Zoom is pretty unusable without my being able to see my own video properly.

Other person did sharing scree that become background screen from PPT.

And other person did cloud recording.

I cheked record movie. Recording has been success.

But That movie isn't "sharing scree that become background screen from PPT."

It is normal share screen with talking person's window.

Can I record "sharing scree that become background screen from PPT" on cloud recording.
