We hit the limit of 100 on registrations for a re-occurring meeting.  We purchased a large plan package to enable more participants, but the meeting still shows as closed for new registrations.

Previous posts on this topic showed a screenshot where you could increase the number of participants in a meeting, but that field is not present when I edit this meeting.  How can I allow more people to sign up?

can't access Zoom recordings

All Zoom recordings are unavailable.  When I click on “recordings” it just spins and spins and nothing is brought up.

Why does Zoom allow fraudulent licenses flooding the market?

Don't you guys care about the loss of market revenue on this? I hope that your IT department will take immediate action against this breach of trust and illegal activity happening right under your nose.

I have windows 10 and in the past few weeks zoom has been constantly crashing when I try to switch what screen my participants are seeing. Sometimes it will reconnect automatically, but there are times that it kicks me out of the meetings completely. Luckily I can reclaim my host status and continue the meeting. Any ideas on how to correct this? Thank you!

This should be dead easy, but I just can't find a way to hear myself in a meeting.  For test purposes, I'm making a recording of a meeting with just me, so everything is on my Windows PC.  When I speak, my audio is in the recording, but I can't hear myself live.  I've been having a distortion problem and I want to try different settings to hear what I'm getting, but there is absolutely nothing on my speakers or headphones.  I can make a new recording every time I change something and then listen later, but that gets real tedious real fast.

This is a new problem;  I had no problem for years up to about a week ago, but I didn't knowingly change anything.
There's gotta be a setting somewhere, but I just can't find it.  So how can I unmute myself for myself?

A user has left the organization and had a scheduled meeting. If I reassign this zoom licence will the link for the scheduled meeting still work?

Others had the same problem.

We all had the same log-in info.

I scheduled a recurring meeting in Zoom and enabled the Waiting Room feature.

If a participant joins the meeting before the Host starts the meeting, the participant sees a pop-up message from Zoom.  This message states that the meeting is scheduled for first date/time of the reoccuring meeting. This message has been confusing to some participants that arrive several minutes early, causing them to leave the meeting.

How do I change this message or remove it entirely?

Thanks.

'Host has muted/unmuted you' automatic error

I'm in a group meeting (usually, but not always, a break out room) using Zoom via Chrome browser (Macbook Pro) when I notice the pop-up text come on my screen 'Host has muted you' or 'Host has unmuted you', and the red muted mic icon appears respectively. I've no idea why this is happening. The host is not doing this.

It happens seemingly randomly, when I am in the middle of speaking or not, with different/unrelated groups of people. It started occasionally a few weeks ago but now it's happening during every Zoom call. So, if I'm speaking, I've got to have the mouse hovering over the (un)mute button to react to being automatically muted.

Can anyone shed any light or offer a solution?

Thanks very much.

We have a town hall for external stakeholders for anywhere for 100 - 350 people.  It's a town hall to introduce our new executive director to those that wish to join.  Hence we aren't sending an invite, and no need to registering. We are just sending the Zoom meeting link in an email.

Is there an option that we can send a reminder if someone selects to 'add to calendar'
