Separate breakout room for meeting disrupters?

We have daily meetings in which breakout rooms are set up for members who want to stay afterwards to chat. Our settings are such that we allow participants to choose a room and return to the main session at will.

Is it possible to set up a “dungeon” breakout room in addition to our normal rooms in which the participant cannot return to the main session or anywhere else? I have seen this idea advanced as a quicker way to remove disrupters than the current poky process of removing them using the Remove function? Thank you.

The only "Dungeon" room you really have is the waiting room. You can always turn on the waiting room and send participants back there and just not readmit them. What ever option choices you make for breakout rooms applies to ALL breakout rooms.
