As an Zoom admin, how can I verify someone is using the zoom plug-in

As a zoom admin, I'm trying to validate who has joined Zoom meetings without the Zoom plug-in installed.  

 

Does anybody have a method for determining who does not have the zoom meeting installed.  

profile photo doesn't always display when I join a session

When I join a session my profile phot doesn't display but if I start a session it seems ok.

Any ideas?

Edit share settings for a Cloud Recording

Hi, I ran a class and shared the link for those whom could not attend live. However I set it for "authenticated users only" and now I want to share it with someone who does not want to sign up for Zoom. How can I edit this?

When I try to share screen when using my ZOOM IOS account on my MacAir, the recipients only see a browser heading and a blank page. Today I tried to share an open website form to instruct  others on ho to fill it out, but there was just the browser name and that was it. Anyone know what's up?

Can't Play a Recorded Meeting

I received the m4a link of a recorded meeting and cannot play it due to:  The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support.  I have Windows 11.  How can I play this back?

I attended a Zoom Meeting as a participant.  Presenter had set options so the participants would only see Chat and Raise Hand.  Easy and less confusing for those joining the meeting.  I wasn't able to locate where these settings can be achieved in the Admin. Settings.  Please assist when convenient and thanks.

Participant Recording without Participants

When I start my Zoom meetings, it says "a participant is recording the meeting", yet there are no participants. I have went into my settings and turned off anything related to auto-recording AND turned off allowing participants to record, and it still does it. Any help is appreciated!

Video Image is smaller than other participants

Sound Interruption during Zoom Meeting - Due to last Update?

Hi All,

Did other Zoom users experienced sudden interruption today (March 18th), while in a Zoom Meeting working well? Is it related to the "Last Update"? Thanks for sharing same experience...

Why does the video screen appear on my phone app without a way to make it go away

Since a new release, when I share my screen on the phone, a video popup appears blocking 1/3 or so of the screen.  This is very disruptive to my screensharing where I"m supposed to be demoing my app for people who are going to buy it.  Can you please let me know how I can remove this popup so I can just demo full screen?
