Pin a speaker when other in the spotlight
Hello,
I have tried to pin a user when the admin has other in the spotlight for everyone, but I'm not able to do it.
Do you know if this is possible or how can I do it?

video freezing
I installed Zoom on a new HP EliteBook computer, running Windows 10. When I join a meeting, my video displays a still of the view when I joined the meeting and immediately freezes. I can see other participants' video feeds just fine. I only see my frozen video, and the other participants only see my frozen video as well. I've tried following directions from other posts, and nothing has worked.

Incorrect passcode
A couple of my students are getting the "Incorrect Passcode" even thought it's correct. Even when I send invite directly to them it doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix?

Magewell to Zoom - Framerate FPS Dropping
Hey all! We have been running a full virtual event setup for a long time now, and I've noticed I am having frames dropped in our meeting rooms (even with HD rooms enabled). Signal Flow: Switcher SDI Out > Decimator Converter to HDMI > Magewell HDMI+ > i9 MBP and M1 Mac Mini (all on a 1G Fiber network for streaming multi rooms in house) Signal being sent looks fine through zoom, but on the receiving end, we're still not getting full 29.97/30 fps at all and it looks like it's sending at 25 FPS instead. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a Magewell firmware upgrade that might fix this? Attached is a screenshot from one of our shows (doesn't look 1080p) and saying I'm receiving only 720p even though I'm supposed to have HD rooms =/

Hello all - I am trying to install Zoom client on an Acer Swift 1 laptop but it isn't working. I just get this error message: "There’s a problem with this app. Reinstall the app from its original install location or contact your administrator." I have a uni progress review meeting tomorrow and they won't let me join via a link/browser so it's rather urgent I get this sorted tonight 😞

Zoom Plugin in Outlook Web
Hi I am using Zoom plugin in Outlook Calendar (Web version). Every time I 'Add a Zoom Meeting', it asks for my SSO login. (my company login). Its very annoying : ( What am I missing? Is there a way Zoom remembers the login and doesnt ask me everytime? Whats the point of an embbeded plugin otherwise. Thanks for looking into it. Akshay

Scheduling Zoom Meetings for email/phone
When I create a Zoom meeting and generate the meeting 'code', etc., I'm not noticing phone numbers for mobile users to join the meeting. I'm only seeing a web link. I don't have a subscription for Zoom. I have the free basic plan. Is there a unique way I need to generate a meeting that will contain phone numbers for the people I invite?

Resolved! Windows application responds very slowly
I recently bought a new laptop and since then I do have major issues with getting Zoom running. Mainly as the windows application reacts either not or only after several minutes to any given input, like clicking a panel or trying to join a meeting. This makes it impossible to use Zoom right now, as I can't use the application as nothing happens or the window get marked as "no response". Some details about my system: OS: Win 11 CPU: i7-7600U RAM: 16GB Typically my system is far away from beeing completly busy, so I definetly can rule the system itself out. Further I re-installed Zoom multiple times, which didn't solve it. Any clues what is triggering this behaviour and more importantly how to solve it?
