When I try to save settings for recording on zoom

I am new to setting up meetings using zoom. I want to record audio files on separate tracks to be used for podcast editing. When I try to save the setting to enable it, I am being told that I cannot save the new settings as it is saying, "not logged in". Does it mean I am not logged into zoom or the cloud? If the cloud, how do I do so?

    Hi, @TimPledger,

     

     Can you make a screen shot of where it are in the settings and upload it/attach it here?  I’m assuming you are probably logged into zoom.us, so “not being logged in” shouldn’t be an issue. But if you’re using the Zoom app settings screen, it light be different.
