We had several bombers at a meeting the other night and someone accidentally removed and reported the wrong person. Now she is unable to access zoom on her business platform. She does not want to inform her boss as she is in a confidential program. She got a new email address to rejoin her program meetings but is still blocked from her work meetings. Zoom said they cant help because she has a free account. she received error code 1132. Suggestions for her?

Recording just a black screen and no option to convert?

Recorded an important work meeting, and now when I look for the recording I only have a zoom_0.mp4 video, audio_only, and playback-- no "double click to convert." If I open the file, it's just a black screen. Is there any way to recover it? Show more

Meeting capacity

We are using the pro version of zoom service for the company called The Bridge.
I'd like to open a meeting room with more than 300 people for just one day.
Please explain how we can proceed.

Thank you.

Hi there, I am wondering if someone could help me with this problem that I am having.  I have read all of the discussion boards and am still getting the "host has another meeting in progress" message for clients trying to join my group.

I am the only host, I have only one device open to zoom, I have even recently completely deleted my account and set up a new account with a different email address as I thought maybe I had two accounts open somehow.  I am at a loss and am unsure of what to do.  Thanks

I am using a Windows 11 laptop, zoom  (latest update), and jabra speak 810 as speaker phone.

1. Jabra connected through its dongle (bluetooth)

2. test audio, playback and mic all work oke

3. join meeting, still ok

4. when the host mute, then unmute me, mic can't pick up anything

Switch to laptop internal mic, it works ok

Switch back to jabra, mic still not working

Change bluetooth to usb cable connection, mic still not working

when meeting is over, I re test the audio / mic setting in zoom setting. all works fine using jabra speak 810

Change laptop to windows 10, same result

I notice this only happened when the host is the one mute / unmute me.

any suggestion?

We are going to host a large meeting with more than 49 participants. We want to be able to assign different page to different monitor so we can see up to 150 participants at once (3 monitors x 49 participants each). Is this possible to do and how? I saw it once at live event I broadcasted but did not ask how it  was done. I outlined some options I have access to if anyone can help it would be awesome.

1.  use one  MAC computer with 3 screens connected and one host session?

2.  use different Co-Host Computers signed to same meeting each connected to its own monitor. Question: will this allow me to show same people on the same pages or will it display people randomly

Dear All

This is Md. ManiK Hossain from Bangladesh, I have a licensed Zoom ID for our online meeting. Recently, we are planning for online sessions where we need to split the participants gallery them into 4 monitors/tvs simultaneously. Is there any way to do that? Dual Monitors is not enough for us.

We are looking for your earliest feedback regarding this matter.

Thanks.
Md. Manik Hossain
