since Update on 14/04/2022 , Virtual Background can not be Accessed...can not be Updated..Goes to BACKGROUND
Hello - recently my participants can only hear me out of one side of their speakers. So it's mono on their end not Stereo. I am being told it only happens when they are zooming with me. I am running everything through my black lion Revolution audio interface, all of my settings are selected to run through that interface. Zoom - and my MacBook Pro. I am currently running Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.5. I am using an external mic that is connected through my audio interface. Everything is connected properly and snuggly plugged in. I have rebooted a few times to no avail. Can anyone tell me why this might be happening? Thank you!!

Using the zoom app on an iPad Pro/OS 15.2.1 and have not been able to share a video from the iCloud photo files. At best, I would see the video on my screen with very low volume sound and those attending the meeting will only see a gray square. I have reviewed the technical info online which provided no solution - and left me wondering where I can find the “advanced features” section when attempting to share. Are video shares technically feasible from the iPad? Or is this feature limited to computer based zoom sessions. How do I control the sound volume? Thanks john

Hi, I'm trying to map profile picture to Zoom users profiles via Okta (URL Link). But it won't transfer my field. I tried using the addonPlan field for in case there is a mapping limitation (and the manual said that the addonPlan field is supported) was anyone able to do it and can advise on this? Thanks, Nofar

Hi everyone, We've a very strange issue with zoom when creating a meeting, then zoom opens the outlook meeting window, then the meeting ID is reversed! and also the link on the body is broken, our current workaround is to copy the invitation info from zoom and past it to the meeting window body area. Any idea how to fix such an issue?

im having issues with my webcam on my laptop as it worked only once in meetings and the rest of the time its just a black screen when my webcam is on I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom multi of times and nothing worked as my webcam works fine with streamyards an online streaming website as I'm using zoom for a course I'm doing

When I record something on my computer. Now when I try to start it, it opens the options window where I don't see anything wrong and there is no option to start the recording. can you help me please
We can use hotkey to mute or unmute when using zoom app on the computer, Is there a same hotkey if the user do not install the app on there computer?
I would like to suggest the wording on this dialogue be changed: from: "Host disabled participant screen sharing" to: "Host has not enabled participant screen sharing" The former makes a participant feel they were purposely excluded or restricted, targeted. The latter is a prompt to let the participant know to ask the host to enable it. I think this is very important, especially in the service industry where we have one on one clients on our calls. I'm new to the forum. I appreciate any guidance on is this the best place to post this? Or should I be reaching out to Zoom support directly? -Chris

I have Windows 10, I have downloaded the Zoom Client and I still can not get my background to blur. I do not have the green screen button selected, since I do not have one. However, isn't blur suppose to be an option without the need of a green screen? I can download virtual backgrounds, but a simply blur of my own background isn't available no matter what I do. Please help!
