I run training over zoom for different clients. One client would like to log in 30mins early for each training to take attendance and follow up with missing participants. I do not want to make them a host or admit them to the meeting because I need this time to talk in confidence to my co-host.

Is there a way to make the list of those in the waiting room, visible to someone also in the waiting room please?

I need to create 4 monthly recurring meetings with Zoom that I will not be necessarily attending. There will be a facilitator and participants. I want the facilitators to be able to start the meeting and share simple word docs with participants. Participants can join openly and come/go as they please. The meetings will be on the same recurring schedule and time monthly. My problem is that Zoom will not allow me to grant them co-host status unless they are in my organization or under my license it seems. I am relatively new to Zoom in an organizer role, just past experience with joining as a simple participant.

Do my facilitators of these meetings need to be co-hosts or is there a way to run these meetings that doesn't need any host at all there?

If they aren't co-hosts, can they still share documents via chat?

If I cannot make them co-hosts, is there a way to start the meetings just automatically or without a host there at all? In that case they would just act as facilitator (although they would join as participant status) and lead the meeting.

I interview people via Zoom. I record the conversations. Usually I ask questions and the person responds to them. I want that the camera always shows this person, also when I am talking and she/he reminds silence. Is it possible to set the camera that way (so that I am not shown at all) and how, if possible.  Thanks!

Hey all,  Recorded a lecture for my students yesterday afternoon, and never got my email with the link to the cloud recording.  My colleague who lectured just before me, and used his account to record to the cloud never got his email either.

Was zoom glitchy yesterday?  Anybody else have problems?

unsere Sitzungen findet immer in zwei Sprachen statt, wir haben einen  bis zwei Dolmetscher die sich abwechseln (also nicht ein Dolmetscher pro Sprache). 

Ich würde das Meeting gerne in jeder Sprache separat aufzeichnen und nicht nur das "Haupt Meeting".

Besteht diese Möglichkeit?

Our meetings are always in two languages, we have one to two interpreters that alternate (so not one interpreter per language). 

I would like to record the meeting in each language separately and not just the "main meeting".

Is there a possibility to do this?
