I want to share a cloud recording from my fitness class and allow it to be viewed only for a specific number of days - I see the expiry date setting.

My questions are: 

1. If I enable "download", will the link still expire in the set # of days even if they download the file if they go to watch it after the expiration date?

2. Do I need/want "view recording on demand" or "passcode protection"?

Camera and Microphones won't both work at the same time.

I have a Logitech camera and a RODE mic. Both work fine except when I try to start a zoom meeting. I have my Zoom settings set to both devices, and both test fine. But when I start a meeting to see how they work, I get error messages that Zoom can't ... Show more

I have a Logitech camera and a RODE mic. Both work fine except when I try to start a zoom meeting. I have my Zoom settings set to both devices, and both test fine. But when I start a meeting to see how they work, I get error messages that Zoom can't connect to the camera or the mic. I seem to be able to use one or the other, but not both. I cannot find any other applications using the camera. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. Are there settings I don't know about?

Zoom 5.0.2 End of Life

Hi all, We are running version 5.0.2(6213) on our estate, (9,000 devices). We have been advised by our customer that anything under 5.3.0 will cease to work after the 6th of August 2022, however, we cannot find anything official on the Zoom website. ... Show more

We are running version 5.0.2(6213) on our estate, (9,000 devices). We have been advised by our customer that anything under 5.3.0  will cease to work after the 6th of August 2022, however, we cannot find anything official on the Zoom website.

 

Would someone be able to confirm if this is the case? Will version 5.0.2 stop working for us on the 6th (tomorrow)?

Video freezing

My video feed is freezing when I'm in meetings - when I'm the host and when I'm the participant. I'm still seeing other people moving and talking, so doesn't appear to be a bandwidth problem.  I'm working on a laptop, using Chrome. Latest version of Zoom is installed.  Any ideas?

When I tried to retrieve my local recording from the recording list on my sign-in home page, I got an invalid link prompt. Error 124:  That I must sign in with the same zoom account on the web. I was already signed in and so not sure what is the problem. Anyone can help?

 

Also, if I want the video recording, should I save it on Cloud instead?

Lorsque je crée une réunion, personne ne peut se connecter parce qu'ils ont un message disant que l'hôte a déjà une réunion en cours. Cela m'a fait ça sur 2 ordinateurs différents, mais pas lorsque je crée une réunion à partir de mon téléphone portable.

Les ordinateurs sont pourtant mis à jour.

Que faire ?

Cloud Recording

I cloud recorded a meeting 3 hours ago.  The meeting lasted 14 minutes.  Indication is that it is still processing.  I know during COVID this was a regular occurrence but any way this should be taking hours to process and post? Thanks.

Automatic Recording is Not Working

Automatic Recording and Local Recording settings are on, Cloud Recording setting is off. But automatic recording doesn't start on my personal room meetings.

Laptop video call switched to cell phone

When I am using the app and the laptop to run zoom is the data being pulled from only the device I am using at that time? I usually initially answer on the laptop a lot but wonder if switching immediately to my cell will save my hotspot data and pull... Show more

When I am using the app and the laptop to run zoom is the data being pulled from only the device I am using at that time? I usually initially  answer on the laptop a lot but wonder if switching immediately to my cell will save my hotspot data and pull from my unlimited cell phone data instead?

 

Trying not to burn through 35g of Data in a month and we have a lot of live meetings.
