I am a property manager and manage several accounts. I recently left an account and I believe the new property manager is using my zoom account to host meetings? Is this possible? On random evenings, I will receive notification that board members from that property have logged into my zoom account. How can I verify this is indeed happening and what can I do to stop it?

I am the admin for a nonprofit that hosts a lot of free meetings for families whose children have special needs. I am getting feedback from attendees saying that they are having trouble logging in. Many are not authenticated Zoom users, I do not require that in my settings. Sorry, I don't have any info on the type of device they are using, their brower, or error messages beyond one person telling me that when they tried to sign into a meeting, using their attendee link, they were prompted to register.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be happening?

First, I had no issues with any prior zoom versions.  However, this update has brought some problems.

1. Sound volume control trouble

   a. Changing the volume with the OS speaker control OR function keys has NO effect on in in app volume,

   b. Using the Zoom client to change Output volume, MUTES ALL SOUND and cannot be unmuted.  This includes existing the zoom app and reloading, stays muted with no fix

2. App hangs or freezes at times while in the settings.   This hangs so well, you cannot even use the taskbark to kill it. 

This version 5.10.3 (2778) on my system is extremely UNWORKABLE.  Having a forced update for a zoom conference today has essentially stopped my attending.

Anyone know of a way to list users in your account that have configured Exchange integration or more generically "Calendar and Contacts Integration"?  We are updating our Exchange EWS URL and would like a way to proactively only notify those users who are using it.

Does anyone has the same problem with me ? 
I have just updated my laptop to Windows 11 and since then, every time i open my zoom meeting, it always says mic and speaker are not detected,  however, in other meeting platform, my mic and speaker is working fine 

I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall my device driver and have also updated my windows update 
Does anyone has any solution to this ?

I used my AirPods once in a Zoom meeting and the other audio and microphone settings are unavailable.

I was able to use my computer speaker and microphone before connecting my AirPods.

But now zoom client can't recognize my computer device even when i stop bluetooth with airpods.

When I do the audio and microphone test, the output level goes up with my computer speaker but I can't hear any sound or the sound is output for 1 second and then cuts off. The microphone doesn't pick up any sound at all.

Our company uses Calendly to schedule one-on-one meetings with Zoom, also integrated with Office365 calendars.

Since the update mentioned here:

March 2022: FAQ on reporting changes – Zoom Support

...the email address of the participant who scheduled the event in Calendly is not being passed to Hubspot once the cloud recording is ready. This means that Hubspot is unable to associate the recording with our Contact records.

What is the best way to achieve this? Can we still use Calendly? Can we still use Zoom?
