Hi all, I would like to use several polls that I have created in the past. Hence, I also tried to find links to old Zoom meetings for which I had allocated polls. However, I cannot find any of the old polls and only one past meeting link appears to be available (i.e. all the older links / meetings have disappeared). Obviously, one would hope there to be a way to use the created polls several times - hence the questions: does anyone know how one could find and re-use the old polls one has used in the past? Best, Elias

How do I invite others to join my meeting on Zoom?
Google is replacing Appointment Slots with Appointment Schedules. Many of our users use the Zoom Add-On and in the "location" drop-down for the new Schedules, there is no option for Zoom, only Google Meet, in-person, phone, or other. Second request related to Google: In the new Google Integrated Desktop, it would be nice to be able to add a Zoom link to a Space. Right now, Meet is the only option.

We recently set up a series of events (as Zoom Meetings). They were set up as recurring events with the ability to register for each session through a checkbox. We periodically checked to see how many had registered for each event and saw that the sessions had about 40 registrants each. About a week ago, we added another session to the occurrences. After we did that, we noticed that ALL registrants to all sessions had disappeared - all sessions were reset to zero. Any help you can provide will be appreciated!

this might be an unusual request. i'm working as a court operator on a panel that is being webcast and accessed by the court participants. i have a dual-monitor setup, my main screen is on the left, and the screen that is broadcast is on the right. the zoom screen with the counsel and witness is always displayed on the right screen, when i have to share documents, i would pull them up on the left screen, then click "share screen" on the zoom screen on the right. when i do that, the "share screen" window pops up showing everyone all the windows i have open in the left monitor, i then quickly select the document and share. it looks rather unprofessional. the only real option i have is to slide the zoom over to the left monitor, share screen the document, and then slide them back over, which is inefficient and distracting. is there any way to specify which monitor for the share screen window to pop up in, and not just the monitor where zoom is located?

Hi,
I recorded a meeting with Live Transcription and saved it to my local drive. Does anyone know how I link the transcription to the recording? They are saved as two different files!
Thanks
I just completed an important interview that I recorded. The recording could not convert because another previous meeting was not finished converting. Now I can't find the second recording. There was a quick message that said I could manually convert later, but the recording is not showing up under my Recordings tab in my account. Appreciate any suggestions on where it might be. This is fairly urgent. Thank you!
