I cannot get Screen Share to function using Imac. It takes me to "System preferences", I follow the prompts, but it does not share the file. Any suggestions?

As host, do I need to stay connected to a call for the other parties to continue talking?
You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device. This is not productive. My plugins are also signed out from different devices so if I use outlook on my computer at work and my laptop at home, my outlook plugin is logged out. This is a poor approach and very cumbersome for a paying user. As a paying user I expect to be able to use the tools I need on-demand whenever and however required. Being forced out from one device or another creates so many problems even Microsoft licensing understand multiple devices. There must be a better way. At least I am hoping...

if someone could tell me how my settings should look when trying to get sound from my megaboom3 speaker. I want my clients to hear me and hear my speaker clearly. I also want to be able to hear them. This is what I did: 1. added the device to my laptop and paired it. 2. uploaded the app for the device to my cell phone and paired it to my phone. 3. went back to zoom settings and turned on output sound and selected the one that allowed me to hear sound through the speaker when I performed the test. 4. my invitees could hear me but the music just sounded like background noise to them (dim and low). Please someone tell me what i am doing wrong or send me a screenshot of what my settings should look like. Thank you so much in advance.

Hi - I have used a website-based video clip (and the YouTube version) previously for training sessions with no issues. However, I've had problems on attempting this today. Whilst it plays perfectly on my PC as I share the screen, sound at participant end is now distorted to the point where, even with subtitles, the clip is completely unusable.
I note from forum messages that some people have rolled back to a Zoom version of Apr 2021 to solve. Is this is current recommended solution or does a fix now exist? I'd be grateful for your advice. Thank you.

This is an inquiry about the breakout room.
Make 50 breakout rooms,
I would like to hold a meeting of 500 people in total.
Is there a way to make it possible?
I would like to use pre-allocation if possible
Is it not possible at present?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.

Merci

Hi, However, share screen with share audio unticked usually shares within seconds. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
I am running Fedora Linux 35 with X11 graphical environment.
Since updating to Zoom client 5.9.1.1380-1, there is a significant delay approximately 1 - 2 minutes from the moment I click share screen with the share audio option ticked. When the shared screen is highlighted in green eventually, participants can see the screen but no audio is heard by participants aside from the audio coming through my microphone.
I have tried reinstalling the Zoom client (uninstall Zoom and remove local configs then reinstall).
Switched from Wayland to X11. (Screen share was not working at all on Wayland).
