I have zoom downloaded on 2 pcs - same account - on one there is an option for blur background on the other there is no option when click on backgrounds how do i add blurred background to this pc? - it meets all the requirements suggested
Hello I recently connected my Canon 100D digital camera to my Mac to use as a webcam via Zoom. This was working find until I encountered an issue with my browser and decided to update my MacOS and uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Now Zoom refuses to find my camera. I have spoken to Apple & Canon and they can confirm Mac & Camera are 100% fine and functioning as they should. This is confirmed by testing on other Apps like Skype and all works perfectly. Zoom is the only App no longer finding my camera. I have installed all updated versions of Zoom and also tried it via the browser instead of the App but it still does work. Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you

I am using the Linux Zoom Client (v5.7.6 29123.0808) and the Virtual Background setting simply does not work: the only setting that works is None (which shows the camera). All other settings result in a black screen regardless of whether or not green screen has been checked off. (Before v5.7.6 background pictures could be shown with a colour selected --not even this works. I am not using a green screen.) There are no messages output saying such cannot be used. In the zoom.us web UI virtual backgrounds is enabled (and I have tried this with same result using more than one account). My hardware: CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3955WX 16-Cores; Video: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Navi 14 [Radeon Pro W5500]

Good Morning. We schedule a lot of Zoom meetings and let Zoom auto-generate the passcode for the room. Today we need to change the date and time of an existing meeting (that zoom had auto-generated a passcode for) and it's saying that the passcode (that zoom auto-generate) does not meet the requirements. It's saying that it can only now be an all-numeric passcode?

We just hosted a Zoom meeting with about 50 participants who had all pre-registered Out of those 50, about 12-15 completely different participants showed up with the very same name. We double-checked with the lady (whom we know very well and trust): - she did not sign in a dozen or so times Any idea what might have happened?

How can I get rid of the waiting room feature on already scheduled meetings? I need to disable this on some recurring meetings.
