Live Transcription

I have a Pro account and only Business accounts allow live transcription of meetings.  Does anyone know of a work-around? Has anyone used an app, such as Verbit, to get live transcriptions of meetings?  What is your experience?

Hey, @cfusco!  I think you might be incorrect.  I think you're really talking about what Zoom calls "Closed Captioning"... an automated transcription, yes?

There's no mention of it not being available in a Pro account.  I have a Pro account, and I use it quite frequently.  You just have to enable it properly in the settings.  This article has information on how to set it up...

Let me know if you have problems enabling it.  It's not that difficult, but there are a few steps involved.
