When calling in to a zoom meeting, it is not registering the inputs from my keypad for meeting ID. It only accepts 2-3 digits and says the meeting is invalid.

Using IPhone SE 2020. Tried multiple times for multiple meetings. Sometimes will take it after 5-6 tries. I’ve tried turning phone off & on. Using OneTouch dial in. Accessing the meeting off & on wifi. 

please assist. 

I started a reoccuring mtg during COVID that is no longer showing up in my 'Meetings" tab under my pro account. However it is still occuring and I'm immediately connected to the meeting, show as the Host, by just entering the meeting number/no pswd. Everyone else has to put in password. How can I technically extend the reoccurring date so that it shows up again in my account under Meetings, and not just in previous meetings? Parameters need to be changed due to zoom bombers/mtg security updates.

We are using a Crestron C100-Z system, and when we present the onscreen keyboard (windows keyboard) keeps appearing over the top of our content.  We have tried to disable the "touch" feature on the Zoom admin settings, but it keeps popping up.  We are loathe to disable it in windows, as we would still need the keyboard to pop up on the console (control panel).

Has anyone experienced this or have an answer?

I have a problem with my meetings: the "Join from your browser" link does not appear to participants, though I activated the setting globally in the admin panel.

I also checked that there's nothing blocking in "groups" or at the user level.

Can you please help?

I set a zoom link for a zoom event via google calendar. I copied and pasted the link to an email as well. When people tried to log in from the emailed link it said there was already a meeting in progress. The people who logged in from the calendar had no issues. How do I email the link for it to work for others? This can't happen again on our call tomorrow and I need to email the link because it was requested by the attendees.

We held an online seminar with almost 100 attendees, almost every person who joined the meeting was listed as Janet Donelly which is the name of the person listed on the account that was hosting the event. I believe that those who weren't must have already been logged into their zoom account when they clicked the link.

The details:

We had our attendees register using Eventbrite and we then shared the zoom link via an eventbrite email and on the online event page.  These were the only 2 ways the link was accessed.

People didn't need to log into zoom to join the meeting

Any ideas would be great as we are hoping to make sure it doesn't happen again

Im running Zoom on a Lenovo laptop with multiple Windows userIDs and the same Zoom ID.  We login using my Zoom ID from both Windows UserIDs. Until recently, my wife and I are both able to use Zoom under our respective Windows UserIDs. Now when she joins Zoom, there's no sound. Zoom audio test plays sound when Zoom is running from my Windows ID but no sound from her Windows UserID. The laptop speaker is fine. It plays sound for me but not for her. I've uninstalled and reinsalled Zoom under her UserID. I've cleared Zoom cache. Pls help. Thanks.
