My meeting is over but still, but cloud recording is still shown as Processing Recording. what is the issue? now more than 4 hours.

Self view (also host) missing from gallery and not highlighted as speaker view on iOS

I have latest iOS Zoom installed - 5.10.4 - and host an event weekly. Only I stream video and audio and all participants are muted with video off.

 

I cannot swipe right on my iPhone to display my video - even though I am the speaker as everyone else is muted. But the app will only show the first participant to join the meeting in speaker view. The only view I can get of myself is a tiny floating thumbnail which I can drag around the screen but cannot expand or make any bigger.

 

Also when I swipe left to view gallery, I am also not shown there either.

 

How to fix this? Zoom is pretty unusable without my being able to see my own video properly.

Recurring Meetings

If I delete a recurring meeting, will that also delete the reports associated with that meeting link? I can find meetings reports in the Account Management tab but I'm afraid if I delete a meeting, it'll also delete the reports. Does anyone know for ... Show more

If I delete a recurring meeting, will that also delete the reports associated with that meeting link?  I can find meetings reports in the Account Management tab but I'm afraid if I delete a meeting, it'll also delete the reports. Does anyone know for sure?  And I'm not necessarily talking just about recordings.

Screen View on iPad too Narrow

Hello, please see the screenshot from my iPad. The other participant is squished to the side instead of being full screen with ourselves in the lower right. I've reinstalled the app and it's the same. Any ideas? Thanks.

Zoom Audio Intermittently Going In & Out

My supervisor keeps having issues with his Zoom Audio. It's going in and out? Any idea why?

We use our Dell Desktop for 2 zoom meetings:

1.  One Zoom meeting is with our church life group on Sunday and everything works fine. We have a shared link to click on and Zoom opens up. No problem with audio or video.

 

2. Another Zoom meeting group is with BFS (Bible Fellowship Studies). About 4 or 5 weeks ago the problem with the audio started.  

  • My wife uses a Meeting ID and password to enter the Zoom meeting site once a week. It is not available at any other time to test is it out.  The meeting starts right away, so there is not much time to troubleshoot. So, if the desktop gives her the problem, I let her use my laptop to connect to the Zoom meeting. It has no problem doing so, but she would prefer to use the desktop.
  • On her desktop the Zoom Video (site BFS)  is showing but a large box  on the middle of the screen says: s Zoom has failed to detect mic and speaker.
  • I have tested the mic and speaker before starting zoom and they are work fine.
  • It acts like the Zoom site is frozen. Normally in the bottom left corner of the screen I can check the mic, speaker & video to make sure the settings are correct.  The problem is it will not let you get to the icons.
  • I uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled with the same results. 
  • I ran every update for Window that are available. 
  • I am using Windows 10 version 21H2 (os build 1904,1566) on both the desktop and laptop.

I recently updated Zoom and was disappointed that I could not use Gallery View to see participants in the traditional format while screen sharing. 

 

How can I roll back my Zoom version to use this superior view? Having to resize and reformat the view options during a meeting is frustrating and unhelpful.

After installing the latest update on windows 11, my OBS (Open broadcasting Software) is not able to work with Zoom application. Even if I start the zoom while switching on the OBS the camera will freeze & microphone virtual cable will stop working via OBS to Zoom. 

 

The whole thing was working fine since the latest update.  After i installed the latest windows 11 update yesterday & updated zoom i am facing this issue.

 

Without OBS i cannot take classes on Zoom. Please fix the bugs & support teachers like us who are relaying heavily on ZOOM
