Hi there, I've read that when you purchase a large meeting license, "all of your meetings, existing, instant, and those not yet scheduled, will have the higher capacity". I was wondering: Is this also the case for meetings which are currently live? If I organise a meeting and I don't know how many people will take part, can I buy a "last minute" license if I see the number will exceed 100?

Hello, Can someone please provide some pointers or solutions for the scenario below? If you have a training session that requires two different breakout room configurations. For instance, at10:00 am I want 25 participants to be manually/randomly assigned to five breakout rooms. Then, at 11:30 am, I want to use my pre-assigned/csv file for same 25 participants to be automatically assigned to five (pre-determined) breakout rooms. What or how would the "Recover to pre-assigned rooms" fail to work in this situation? Thank you.

I invited my friends for a zoom call yesterday but they were not able to access the call as it was saying to them something about business zoom and the account holder permission. Can you sort this out please
When I go to my settings and click the Backgrounds & Effects, my virtual backgrounds are all there. However, when I am in an active meeting, my virtual backgrounds do not show up. The only background possible is blur. Any solution?
Good evening, Does anyone know how I can download a cloud recording into a single mp4 file? When recording to my local computer one mp4 file is generated. When recording to the cloud, an mp4 file is generated for Shared screen with speaker view, Speaker view, and Shared screen. I can copy the shareable link, but I need to download the file and put it in my Panoto repository. Regards, JHA

This has happened a few times with one student and now it has happened with another. I can't see that the student is in the waiting room and it looks like I'm not there. The mom texted me at 7 past the hour, I suggested logging out and back into Zoom, but immediately, before they could do that, she appeared in waiting room. The student told me it suddenly said 'your host will let you in soon.' So it makes me look like I'm lying and wasn't in Zoom but just got in because she texted me. She said she was in there 12 min before the hour. Why is this happening? It started happening once I had to get the paid Zoom and I want my money back!

Whenever I test audio before the meeting my the Audio driver gets missing! I will have to restart my laptop to get this working! It looks like there is a bug in the latest version Zoom! Any help would be really appreciated! Is there any way to see the logs? 1) I have updated all drivers on laptop 2)My laptop also has the latest windows updates My Laptop : Dell XPS 15 9520 Windows 10 Pro Build 19044 Zoom version: 5.11.4
