Hello everyone,

I can't pause/stop the auto recording in the cloud when I'm a host (I simply don't have the button).

The option "Host can pause/stop the auto recording in the cloud" is activated.

Please note that my colleagues don't encounter the problem (we all have the same settings...).

Do you have any ideas what can be the source of the problem?

Hello: I pressed record to cloud during a recent zoom meeting on my iPad. The other person in the meeting "got it". At the end of the meeting I did not receive an email telling me where my recording is. I checked the cloud on my account and there are no recordings there. How and where can I find my recording? thanks

buenos días, tengo un gran problema que espero que ustedes me puedan ayudar. Tengo unas 33 grabaciones en la nube, y al revisarlas, no se han grabado con la configuración que yo programe. Necesito cambiar esas grabaciones a la configuración que yo establecí. Estas grabaciones se tendrían que haber grabado con vista de galería y no de orador, pero no se como modificar estas grabaciones, ya que de ellas depende un proyecto. Es bastante urgente. Me comentaron que se podían pasar a grabación local y allí modificar, pero no se hacerlo.

Agradezco cualquier ayuda.

I haven't had this issue before as there was a check box that I was able to check so it wouldn't display the names in my recordings. However, after Zoom updated a couple weeks ago, now I can't find that check box and it is showing the names on the recordings. The names are always a different size in the recordings too.

Is there a way to stop the names from displaying in the recordings? (I save the recordings to my local drive, not to the cloud.)

Tenemos una pizarra Smarttech y usamos ZOOM para poder dar las clases en remoto
Desde ayer lunes no va la aplicación. La versión instalada es la 5.4.7 (916)
cuando clicamos en el icono no permite entrar pues pide 5.8.6 o superior
Si le doy una actualización no actualiza ni desde zoom ni desde google play
Pues las pizarras usan Android
¿Pueden ayudarnos?
Son tres pizarras y no estamos pudiendo dar clase en remoto con el perjuicio económico y de credibilidad de la empresa

Cada vez que tengo reuniones y voy a sala de grupos pequeños Zoom se cuelga, se grisa y tengo que matar Zoom y volver a entrar, a veces, varias veces. Lo mismo cuando salgo de sala para grupos pequeños. Ya reinstalé Windows 10 y desinstalé e instalé Zoom varias veces. No sé que más hacer y no encuentro nada en internet, 

Just bought the subject webcam. The video works just fine, but I cannot get any audio out of the speaker. I turned on Pandora  and played music, but no sound came out of the C20 speakers. Oddly, the  Zoom audio and video test works fine. Any suggestions?
