My video image freezes on my new MacBook Pro

I just got a new MacBook Pro partly because my Zoom audio was bad and it interfered with other meeting participants. Now the sound is fine, but now my video continually freezes and unfreezes every few seconds, and also goes black, alternating with working for a few seconds—very distracting.

Hey @mirseidel, what version of Zoom and version of OS are you currently running on your Mac? Is this the M1 Chip Mac?

Hi Zoom - I have the same problem. The zoom video keeps hanging half-way through the zoom call. This has been happening multiple times the past few weeks. I'm using the new MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. I didn't have this problem in my previous MacBook. Let me know if I can fix this problem.
