In a Zoom Room, how to share a PowerPoint presentation on 3 screens when the laptop of the Presenter is in "Presenter view"? Even when I select the "Use Presenter view" all, on my laptop and on the 3 screens installed in the room show the presentation in normal view.

Wir haben ein Problem das Teilnehmer aus Breakout-Räumen nicht zurück in den Hauptraum kommen, sie von andern im Hauptraum gesehen werden aber auf ihren Endgeräten nur zu sehen war ... "zurück in den Hauptraum" Bin dem Problem auf den Grund gegangen ... Wenn jemand Probleme mit dem Wechsel aus einem Raum zurück in den Hauptraum hat, scheint unser Veranstalter-Zoom die Ursache zu sein. Stellt man denjenigen vor die Tür, also in den Warteraum und lässt ihn wieder eintreten, funktioniert wieder alles, ... bis zu nächsten Wechsel. Konnte diese Situation mehrfach wiederholen. Wo der Hänger in unserem Veranstalter-Zoom ist, kann ich nicht finden. Vielleicht ist das Problem mit dem nächsten Update behoben. Neuinstallationen auf dem Tablet der Teilnehmer machen keinen Sinn und haben nicht zum Erfolg geführt, wie auch wenn man es als Host oder Co-Host beheben kann. Leider kann sich der Betroffene selbst nicht bemerkbar machen, er sieht nichts mehr auf seinem Tab. Er könnte nur ein Schild zeigen "stell mich in den Warteraum und lass mich wieder eintreten" 🤷🏼 ♂️ Verrückte Sache, läßt sich aber simulieren. 🙋🏼 ♂️😉

Ich weiss nicht ob das überhaupt der richtige Ort für dieses Problem ist ?? Zu Not verschiebt mich halt 

I am experiencing a very strange problem.

I check out my audio before the meeting and everything is fine. When the meeting starts, however, the audio receive stops. the transmit seems to work still. Now what's truely wierd is that the receive comes through on my computer internal speaker. The volume level out of that is not sufficient and intelligibility suffers. Also the audio does not come through the front panel headphone jack.

I am baffled.

Help pleas.

I have a basic account and use Zoom just fine. I have a new laptop and I can go to the web browser to use my account - but I can't seem to find out how to make the ICON appear on my new laptop's desktop. I tried search. Zoom is not listed in the start menu. If I can find it - I want to "right click" and PIN to the tool bar or pin to the start menu. How can I find the ap icon?

Hello! I recently recorded a meeting with 3 speakers that was 1 hour 48 mins long. I got the video, the combined audio, and two of the speakers' audio in perfect condition, but one single speaker's audio downloaded at 3 hours 37 mins long and hugely distorted. Is there a way to retrieve this one track and redownload?

I want my project to duplicate my laptop and my second monitor to show video participants. 

The problem is my laptop (Thinkpad E14 Gen 2 Intel) only has 1 HDMI port which is already used by the projector. 

What "adaptor" or device do I need to connect my laptop and second monitor so that they can work as dual monitors? 

Some told me to get HDMI Splitter but I found out that a splitter only duplicates does not extend.

We plan to upgrade from Zoom Pro to Zoom Business. I have a few questions about the process.

1. Will existing scheduled meetings be impacted? ie will the URL change for the meetings? 

2. Will our Zoom Pro users automatically get a notification that they have been upgraded? Just wondering if I need to notify them first or if I can do this once we've done the upgrade.

Any other "gotchas" I should be worried especially regarding the impact on end users.
