I am leaving my previous company and purchased a new zoom account under my new company's domain. However when I try to add video conferencing to a meeting it comes under my old account. How do I change the account the google add-on is linked to from my old zoom account (***********) to my new zoom account?

Since the update yesterday my video is going haywire, flashing in & out almost constantly in my square while on a meeting. It will show my co workers screen in mine, it will show my entire zoom room view screen in mine etc. It's flashing like a light show, hoe do I fix this issue???

HELP!! My hearing is very bad and on many calls, I struggle to hear all of what people are saying. I have tried everything I can think of to turn on CC, but no luck. I have basic. I also have a school provided account, but according to my information, the administrator has captioning shut off. So how can I get captioning on my basic account? I see some mention of third party methods. Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! OH... on a basic account does the 40 minutes limit apply if I am not hosting but attending a zoom meeting? That is if the host has a paid version and I do not.

on january1 1th zoom are deleting all my recordings
how can i save all year of recording'' and still share it in my zoom account?
I need to know how to halt the suspension of my recording capacity.
I have exceeded my allowed storage in my zoom iCloud storage. I am in the process of downloading all of my videos onto my computer. I still need a few more hours.
zoom has sent out emails saying they are disabling these recordings on January 11th.
Do you think Zoom will disable cloud recordings first thing in the morning or will they wait until the end of day?
