I no longer get a video preview when joining a meeting since upgrading to 5.12.3 two days ago.  I am entered into meeting with my video off and this is annoying.  how do I get the video preview back on my screen before joining a meeting?

I have the same problem on my ipad upgrade # 5.12.2

Writing for my elderly parents, using zoom for religious meetings, on chrome web browser, on their chromebook.  They report that their hand raises without their raising their hand.  It is proving to be disruptive to the meeting, because they are continually being called on, but have nothing to say.  He keeps trying to lower his hand, but then sees it up again.  Is there any setting adjustment I can help them with to stop this from happening?  Thank you so much, in advance.

それまでできていたローカルへの録画で、音声が記録されなくなりました。

• マイクのミュートなどに問題はありません。
• 複数のマイクで試してみましたが、現象は同じです。
• ほかのアプリではマイクは正常に利用できています。
• ZOOMでの「マイクのテスト」では正常に認識しています。録画したときにのみ音声が記録されません。
• 同時に記録される.m4aファイルも無音です。
• ZOOMのバージョンは5.13.3（11494）で2023/1/5現在、最新のはずです
• 別マシンのWindows8.1では正常に録音録画できています。
• ローカル録画／クラウド録画ともに同じ現象です。

対処法がわからず難儀しております。サポートしていただければ助かります。

Multiple people in our organisation use zoom. Apparently the webinar calendar and meeting calendar do not talk to each other and a meeting was scheduled to start in the middle of an ongoing webinar which resulted in approx 300 attendees being instantly kicked out of the webinar when the meeting started. Does anyone know of a setting or way to prevent webinars and meetings being scheduled at the same time to prevent this issue in the future since you can not host both at the same time?

I used to be able to tie my iPhone X2 to my computer to use as an external camera for Zoom.  However, it's not showing up to select. The only cam that shows up is my internal Facetime camera. (lousey) Can you help, please?
