Resolved! Meeting Recordings
I have a couple of recorded Meetings and received a message that I had used all the allotted storage available. Is there somewhere else that storage for meetings can go?

I record a podcast through Zoom, and we have it set to export to sections tracks. That seems to be working well, except for some reason it's exporting all of the audio into mp4 format (video), instead of exporting our separate audio tracks as m4a or mp3. How can we change the settings so it exports audio format? We are downloading the tracks individually from the Audio section of the Zoom website.

Hi everybody. I want to ask if you can record your meeting in Full HD resolution. Right now I only have the HD option. Do I need to have a Zoom membership to be able to record my meetings in Full HD? You can see it in the screenshot I provided below. Thanks. Have a nice day.
From what I know, this feature was available in the past.

I have been a Zoom user for quite a while. I have attended meetings, and also hosted a cople of meetings. All went fine. Two days back, I hosted a meeting, and also recorded it. I got through about 28 minutes, and recording is fine. I restarted it and went to complete. Got a file too. But, the video file does not open. I need this file, to share & use. The filename & path are: doubleclick_to_convert_01.zoom doubleclick_to_convert_02.zoom Message says "cannot find the files to convert" and 'please open the destination folder and rename them to be the above names then double click to start converting' and 'open destination folder' When I try this, nothing happens. Can you please guide me on how to get the video file?

Hello,
I own a Zoom One licence and I am trying to give it to an association (and not use it anymore for myself of course).
I managed to change the ownership of the account, and give it to the association, but this did not transfer the licence.
Since I have only one single licence, I cannot give one to another user, be it the owner.
To do this it seems that I need to carry out 2 steps.
1) Change my own status to user without licence (to make the single licence available);
2) Give that licence to the association.
But in the meanwhile after step 1 I would be a user without licence: would I be able (allowed) to perform step 2?
Thank you for your help.

I recently upgraded to a huawei matestation x and I can no longer play music for my music lesson. I set all the zoom settings to original sound for musicans but the microphone doesn't pick up the sound. If I do a sound check the microphone picks up my voice perfrectly but when I play music it doesn't register. I have used Zoom on my old computer for music lessons for a couple of years without a problem. Andy suggestions would be appreciated Andy

I recently merged my Basic Zoom Plan account with a Pro Zoom Plan account, but I am still restricted to 40 minute meetings and it still says I have the Basic Plan? How can I verify that my account is now a part of the Pro Account?
hi, Been using Zoom for a few years, both as Host and Participant without any problem. On my home desktop with dual monitors, windows 10... i think after the Zoom update from 2 updates ago... on both the gallery view and their video when displayed on a second window... i get a grid of 'dashes' all over the video. It seems to be only on the most recent person to join. not on my video and not on all the other participants. see the attachment... i waited until the next zoom update to post this, but the second update didn't fix the problem. also, on my laptop i don't get this problem. so... is this something to do with my desktop video card? i looked thru all the settings and nothing i adjusted had any affect. thanks..... eric
