Hello,
I own a Zoom One licence and I am trying to give it to an association (and not use it anymore for myself of course). 
I managed to change the ownership of the account, and give it to the association, but this did not transfer the licence. 
Since I have only one single licence, I cannot give one to another user, be it the owner. 
To do this it seems that I need to carry out 2 steps. 
1) Change my own status to user without licence (to make the single licence available); 
2) Give that licence to the association.
But in the meanwhile after step 1 I would be a user without licence: would I be able (allowed) to perform step 2?

I recently upgraded to a huawei matestation x and I can no longer  play music for my music lesson.  I set all the zoom settings to original sound for musicans but the microphone doesn't pick up the sound.  If I do a sound check the microphone picks up my voice perfrectly but when I play music it doesn't register.  I have used Zoom on my old computer for music lessons for a couple of years without a problem. Andy suggestions would be appreciated Andy

Been using Zoom for a few years, both as Host and Participant without any problem.

On my home desktop with dual monitors, windows 10... i think after the Zoom update from 2 updates ago...

on both the gallery view and their video when displayed on a second window... i get a grid of 'dashes' all over the video. It seems to be only on the most recent person to join. not on my video and not on all the other participants.

i waited until the next zoom update to post this, but the second update didn't fix the problem.

also, on my laptop i don't get this problem.

so... is this something to do with my desktop video card? i looked thru all the settings and nothing i adjusted had any affect.

Hi there, 

I have a user that hosts monthly company events. Lately she has an issue in which whenever she starts the meeting and lets people in she gets kicked out but let back in after a few seconds. 

I saw the logs and it just says network connectivity issue that kicked her out.

Was wondering why it only happens when she starts allowing people in the monthly event? It's usually around 100+ people. And also wondering why it's happening to her the past couple of months.

Was wondering if there were any more tips other than restart her laptop the morning of and try not to run multiple applications during that time.
