We are planning to integrate office 365 calendar with Zoom with SSO and have few questions, has anyone implemented this recently, if yes would you please share you experience and any challenges faced. I want to remove participants from zoom meeting and i want they can not join the meeting through that email and phone number. Is it possible?
error in opening registration link using android devices
What to do?
I have a meeting scheduled that must require registration for most attendees. However, there will be some presenters that I want to be able to just send a join link to without them having to go through the hassle of registering first. I can't find a way to make this happen. Is this possible or is there a workaround? Many thanks for any help!

Hi! My desktop PC has 4core AMD Ryzen CPU. Based on this article I was trying to test if my CPU could effort the virtual background. I use Zoom desktop client 5.12.0 downloaded from Zoom download page and I installed 5.11.9 plugin from this page , the plugin version is minor than the desktop client because this article says: Note: Be sure to always install a version of the VDI Zoom desktop client that is equal to or greater than the Zoom VDI Plugin. After plugin installation I modified the parameter SMARTVB=1 and restarted Zoom service (even I tried to restart the whole PC) as explained in the first article, but nothing happens: I have no virtual background capabilities. Where is my mistake? Thx a lot for your help

Hello all,
My web zoom meetings are not syncing with my zoom desktop application. I have reinstalled Zoom and restarted and still no luck. My outlook calendar is synced and authorized and I can see some dates on my zoom desktop but not all.
I often have to unplug my wired ethernet connection when I'm in a zoom call because it starts glitching/having connectivity issues until I take out the ethernet connector to my router and just let it revert to wifi. This issue doesn't happen with any other app. Why is this happening?

Hello, I was in a meeting recently where I was the host and we were using the auto-generated closed captioning. About 15 minutes into the meeting the closed captioning stopped working. It stopped appearing on the screen and the transcript stopped logging new conversation. I tried a lot of things ranging from quitting the meeting and re-joining, to disabling the closed captions and re-enabling them. I have since found out that my peers are also having trouble, but in their case the closed captioning doesn't work at all. The only thing that has changed for us is that our Org has recently upgraded all of our computers to Windows 10 20H2. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this a known bug? I can't find anyone online who is having the problem. Thanks!
