My client has a large business and has created a new email for a conference room computer they have put together. It is a Microsoft 365 Business Standard licensed account. I am their IT consultant and Microsoft 365 Global Admin and have whitelisted all IPs, senders and domains per Zoom KB, but we cannot get the code. I have heard of other people experiencing this and Zoom support found various causes. What can I do? oh yeah, we have definitely checked spam/junk and potential rules. Thank you so much in advance!

On December 1st, I noted a new feature that was part of polling.

It was the ability to create breakout rooms based on poll results. I cannot find this feature anywhere now, nor have I been able to find it mentioned anywhere in the support materials or even in a google search. I've attached a screenshot as I was really excited to be able to use this.

Has anyone been able to find this feature and use it? If so, where in the world is it now located?

When I start the meeting it’s ok. Then about 1 minute or so it starts to judder, freezes, the back ground goes green. It only happens on my camera.
The other person is ok.

I am running zoom v 5.13.6 on Mac OS Big Sur - 11.7.3.  on a laptop.   after launching zoom and joining a meeting,  I move the zoom meeting window to my remote monitor I can view it ok.  When I select another app window on the monitor , the Zoom meeting window closes, and I can only open it by selecting the zoom app icon on my laptop from the tool bar.   HOW do I keep the meeting window open on my remote monitor.  ( behind another window is fine, but closed is a problem.  

other people on. my team don't have this problem, so it must be something in my settings. ?    Any help is appreciated.  

When I'm in the office I share my screen via the iPads that connect to our TVs. Whenever I do this my mouse will drift all over my screen, like there's some sort of interference, but only on the shared tv screen. On my laptop screen everything is perfectly normal, but everyone else sees my sporadic mouse pointer going all over the screen.
