Frequent issue for some of our team members, where channels suddenly disappear, only to reappear later (sometimes within minutes, sometimes days later). The channels are not searchable when they disappear, and starred channels also disappear. Logging in and out does not seem to have an impact. Sometimes the channel will remain accessible through the mobile app, other times it disappears from all logins, vice versa. Tagging/direct notifications are still received even when the channel has disappeared, however clicking on the message does not bring back the channel or allow the user to reply. Seems like other users have had similar experiences and no solution as of yet. Makes the chat function almost unusable for our team. Thanks

Since last week I had been having an issue with instable connection my screen freeze, Zoom stop. If I use google meet I have no issue at all at the same hours for the same class, so it is not my Internet issue. I had update my Zoom version, I also uninstall and reinstall zoom, update again the problem stay. I am using a direct cable connection never had any issue in the past, I have been giving class online by Zoom since 2020. I am not sure what else to do to solve this. Zoom is the best app for my class changing for another app will not allow me the same ... Any suggestion ?

I cannot make sense of this. We had a zoom conference today with about 200 people. The conference meeting ID is only sent to participants in our course along with the passcode. About 15 minutes into our conference a participant (I verified this person was indeed in our course by looking up their name) started a whiteboard share and invited people to that whiteboard. Keep in mind, the Share Screen function was not checked off, this means people cannot share their screen but this still happened. In fact, we also mute everyone and don't allow them to unmute themselves unless we ask them to do so. After the conference I received an email from another participant that they got an email, the same one I received that said the following: You are invited to edit board Harvey Krav...'s Zoom Meeting 2022-08-22 03:37 PM Needless to say this has a few participants worried and I cannot make sense of this at all.

My video function isn't working any longer. Now, when I click on it, it just gives black static. I'm not shown and urgently need for Zoom meetings for people to see me. HELP! URGENT.
Can we set localtime in ”Recording Analytics” feature?
Timezone seems fixed as UTC in ”Recording Analytics” feature and timezone settting in my profile doesn't work in this feature.

I'm about to turn on SSO for zoom meetings with Auth0 and have everything working, including registration. However we often have guests at our meetings and need to register 20-30 guests each week. We'd much rather make them authentication exceptions instead of temporary users in our Auth0 database. I can add them one at a time, but this does not scale well. Is there a way to populate this list from a guest registration form or using an API that pulls tagged contacts from my Hubspot CRM?

I had a series of four previous weekly meetings. I tried to add a fifth meeting to the series, but it was given a different meeting ID. I wanted to keep the same meeting ID. I tried to delete the upcoming meeting occurrence, but the entire series disappeared. The new meeting was in my Deleted Meetings list, but the four previous meetings were not. How can I get them back? And can I extend a series of meetings and keep the same meeting ID? Fortunately, the old meeting link still seems to work, so participants and I (the host) should be able to join the upcoming meeting using the old meeting link.
