Zoom Pro upgrade

Im trying to test zoom pro for a week. I had my upgrade done but the settings didn't change at all! I still have 40 min limit on my meetings!

We have multiple admins in our Zoom environment. Lately I've been seeing users having their approved "Meeting" licenses removed with no internal ticket requesting, let alone approving, these changes. Is there a way to check for which admin changed a user account or is this a known Zoom bug?

Recording

When I assign a host to a meeting, my recording stops, even though I do not leave the meeting. How do I get my computer to keep recording after I assign a host?

Hi, I have been using Zoom for a while and am very happy with it. I had used my outlook.com email address and always received calendar invites in outlook that I could forward to the participants. 

As I worked from the US (normally, I am in Europe) recently, Zoom asked me to verify by Google and since then I am receiving the addresses in Google not in Outlook. How can this be reversed? Appreciate your support.

Hello, 

 

I use my Zoom account on 3 different devices: my laptop, a tablet, and my Android phone. The issues is that meetings scheduled on my phone app are showing up on my Android tablet, but do not appear when I log in to my account at Zoom.us. How do I get my meetings to show up in my account on the web? 

 

I am currently having to manually type in the meeting ID from my Zoom app into the "Join a Meeting" field at Zoom.us.  Seems like there should be a way to create a meeting on one device and access it on all devices.

I recently set up a meeting to be hosted by an alternative host and automatically recorded. The meeting said that it was being recorded, but I cannot find the recording anywhere. 

The host did stop the recording halfway through the meeting, but from what i've been reading, it should have still been saved somewhere. 

Could it have been saved to the alternate host's local computer instead of mine?

Working on Macbook Air with  MacOs Monterey 12.6.

 

I installed the latest version of the desktop app, set the permissions in the firewall for incoming connections, but when I try to launch the desktop app I get messages that the app cannot find a network connection. 

 

Not sure what to do/where to look.

My network connections are working fine, have a 1G fiber optic internet connection.

I have no problem connecting to zoom on my iPhone that uses the same home network.

Hi - this is my first post on this community forum so apologies if anything is out of line or incorrect 🙂

 

I am looking at an SSO oconfiguration that we have set up on SP Zoom with IDP Microsoft. I only recently took over administration of it so need to understand this better.

 

Yesterday we noticed that when users sign out of Zoom, they get signed out of Microsoft (Outlook/Teams) - this is when using Zoom, Outlook, Teams in the browser. How can I change it so Microsoft log stays intact?

 

Also, in terms of the claims/attributes that are updated on SSO from Microsoft details, if a value comes as blank it does not clear the value in the Zoom value. I.e if the users Phone number on Microsoft was 123 (and same on Zoom because of previous SSO), if that number is removed off Microsoft, the number 123 still remains on Zoom - what can I do to update the SSO SAML config to allow this?

 

Please advise?

Hi. My account has a Zoom Roon feature and we've been using it for months now. We realized that it has no scheduled meeting as to what the original Zoom meeting can do. So calendar integration is one way of fixing the problem, so you can set a time and date on your calendar and assign it to your available Zoom Room. But my problem is that, when I follow the link : https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201474605-Scheduling-in-Zoom-Rooms-with-Google.

and watched tutorials on how to schedule in Zoom Rooms, I don't see the "Rooms" option beside the guest invitation section. (see first image)

 

But it should look this: (see second pic)

 

Any thoughts on how to make that option appear on my end?  Tried clearing my cache and cookies but to no avail.
