Bluetoothスピーカーをつないだときのみ音声が聞こえない

pc標準のスピーカーで流すと音声は聞こえるのですが、Bluetoothデバイスをつなげると、どのイヤホンを使っても音声が流れなくなります。音量チェック、再インストールなどをしてみたのですが治りません。環境はwindows11(64bit)デスクトップ版です。どなたかわかる方いらっしゃいませんか...?
