Hi I've searched past questions/ discussions but not found anything quite the same. 
When I use my Zoom pro account, the content in the chat box remains the same/ visible to all when they are in the main rooms and breakout rooms. I can also message people when I'm in the main room and they are in breakout rooms and they can message me.
I am now doing some training with an organization. In the trial run Zoom session we just had, using their account, people in the breakout rooms could message everyone but no-one in the main room or other rooms saw the message. I could be in the main room messaging everyone but no-one in the breakout rooms sees the message. Then when we all came back to the main room, some of the content that had been in the chat had disappeared - specifically file attachments. We would like to keep the content in the chat if possible. 
I've looked at meeting room basic and advanced settings and not seen anything that quite fixes this. 
Any thoughts, anyone?

I am reproducing this error with Zoom every single time:

1. I'm on call with someone
2. They turn their camera on
3. I'm starting to share my screen

Result is always the same: Zoom loses stability, giving me an error message and turns off.

I found partial workaround by turning off all hardware acceleration (all 4 of them inside Zoom settings menu). It's more stable and allows to talk with camera on and share screen but it still collapses from time to time. 

An error only occurs when both conditions are true.

Is anyone have same issue? Is there a solution better than my workaround?

My system specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: 32 GB
GPU: Radeon 6700 XT (newest drivers)

I am an administrator on a paid license and use mac with zoom down at the bottom of the screen with my other apps.  Today it made me sign in but wouldn't take my password. I reset the password.  When I went to schedule a quick meeting, it wouldn't allow me to put in the time 8.15am.  Instead it only allows 8.00 or 8.30.  When I went to change the time (like I almost always do) it would only revert back to the next 30 minute time available.  I had to choose 8.30 and texted everyone saying that the meeting would be delayed.

When I schedule 8.30, it automatically asked me to sign up to Microsoft Outlook.  After numerous loops to get out of that and 4 times scheduling 8.30, I found below that there were options to use one calendar - iCal (before the meetings were put on my personal iCal and my company Google calendars).  It went onto the iCal calendar.

Then, where the screen used to come up and allow you to invite team members, there was no inviting available.  I had to go in the calendar and cut and paste the links and send them out via email. 

I went back and tried scheduling via the Google calendar and still no screen to allow me to invite anyone else.

What is going on?  Thanks for your help.

Hi. Im looking for assistance with recording locally.
I’m a pianist and had an online piano lesson with my overseas teacher. My setup:

- laptop (audio) sitting at the side of the piano to show my teacher my posture and seat.

- iPad (no audio connected) on my piano so I can see my teacher without turning my head. 
My teacher switches 2 camera views; side and overhead camera.

I recorded my lesson to my laptop, however when watching back the recording back, it only shows me, not my teacher demonstrating on her piano.

How do I set things up so she can still see me but my recording shows views of us both? I need to see when she demonstrates something on her piano.  Can zoom automatically switch views when recording? We are both using the free platform. Thanks. Andrew

Hola. Doy clases de tango virtuales. Mis alumnos escuchan mi voz pero NO la música que emito desde un dispositivo externo. 

Cuando utilizo otra computadora no tengo ningún problema con el audio, así como cuando utilizo otra plataforma. 

Puede haber un problema de compatibilidad entre mi computadora  y Zoom?
