I just did my first Zoom hosting with a meeting with my great-grandkids. I hit the Rec old button, but have no idea where the Recording is, or if the meeting was actually recorded. Automated Zoom answers don't work and I don't qualify to talk to an actual tech.

I have a Zoom One Pro Plan. I need to schedule (5) meetings over a two-week period. I'll email a small group (35) of potential attendees, and I'd like them to preregister for 1 of the 5 meetings. This will give me an idea of the potential demand on various days and times. I don't see a way to do this with my existing plan, what plan do I need?

Audio works fine in both test and recording mode when using my USB mic, but when I connect a mic via my Focusrite 212 3rd gen interface (usb C to A) it works fine in test mode but the recording has no audio. I have latest version of Zoom (Windows 11) and had same results on two different PCs. I tried recording via the Focusrite interface into Audacity, and the audio recorded fine, so it seems like it would be a setting somewhere in Zoom. Any ideas? Thanks. I teach piano (virtually of course) and my students often complain about my keyboard "cutting out" or on occasion, no sound. Also, the audio has gone completely out and I restart the lesson. Can anyone shed light on this issue? I am a relatively newcomer so my knowledge is limited on how to get optimum audio during my sessions.

Can i get a recording to download when i was the host, but i did not get the 'download now' screen when i finished the meeting. Is it possible to still get that recording and put it onto my computer?

We're using Zoom in our school, and we use multiple accounts. Every single account can be used by multiple teachers, thus each time a teacher is using an account and at the same time an OTP is sent by email, we're required to forward the emails to every teacher to ensure the current user will receive the OTP. Therefore teachers are flooded by emails, accounts often locked or blacklisted (no OTP sent). Congratulation to the the manager who invented this system which is a complete failure. We're quitting zoom, and saving money

I've been using Zoom a bit for teaching violin for a couple of years now and apart from the occasional bobble all has worked fine. When teaching this afternoon suddenly the sound of my violin is not getting through to the student - my speaking and singing voice do, however. When I play I see the Mic signal going up and down, but nothing comes through at the other end. Everything worked fine with exactly the same settings last week (on both ends), so apart from whatever changes the last update brought I'm not sure what is the problem or what I can do to correct it. I have things set to Auto noise suppression (but tried the other settings as well), high fidelity music mode and stereo audio. The same settings worked perfectly last week. 24" iMac, OS 12.3.1 Any thoughts? Something due to the update perhaps? Thanks!

The last few times, after the 2-h-zoom-meeting finished, the automatic compressing takes over 1 h (!) until done. It used to take no more than 20 minutes. What's wrong....? It doesn't seem to be the internet connection.
