I have been having issues with zoom video just this week, since yesterday 12Jan23 in fact. The video appears ghost like or pixelated and starts scrolling down from the top! Sometimes it flicks back momentarily other times it take longer. I've checked my webcam, connections etc. and all are working fine on 'other' platforms. I pay monthly for the zoom platform and record all my sessions for my customers, it doesn't look good!! Do I need to be looking for another platform I wonder?? I notice that others have had similar issues this week, if anyone does resolve it please let me know. Thank you

Olá, boa tarde! Tudo bem? Estou com problemas em minha conta no Zoom. Ao atribuir uma conta pessoal criada via Gmail do Zoom a um dos meus usuários, percebi que todas as informações passadas da conta foram transferidas para minha conta como Admin, mas a pessoa que aceitou preferiu não ter essas informações compartilhas. Ao remove-lo da conta aline@hippobusiness o usuário *********** acabou não tendo mais acesso a sua conta de origem e não consegue recuperar a senha já que o acesso e via Gmail. O que e preciso para o usuário *********** recuperar a conta original e suas informações vinculadas? O usuário precisa fazer reuniões e não consegue o acesso. Preciso de ajuda o mais rápido possível. I have an interesting question...we have a business Zoom account and we utilize multiple breakout rooms for different teams within our department. We have one individual who has been a distraction and is going into a breakout room that they don't need to be in. We have discussed with the individual and asked him to please stay out of the room, but the manager on our team is interested in seeing if there is a way to audit that person's compliance and see if they are actually staying out of the room. Is there a way to pull this data and see how often someone joins a breakout room? Thanks for your help!

Please kindly help as I can't assign a co-host in a meeting. I logged in to my profile to enable the co-host feature on the web portal but I can't find the option to enable the feature. Now I noticed that I cant find some features on the web portal, and moreover, when I click on some options(like Account Setting) I got this response "No permission. (200)" whereas I am the owner of the account. Clearly, under the account profile, I can see that I am the account owner but I can't make some changes and clicking on some features I got the response that No permission. (200). What could be the issues? I don't to any organisation or group some I don't have any admin. Could it be because I'm using a free account?

The video is fine for a few minutes and then the picture breaks up and turns green.
I need support. I have a paid subscription and this stupid bot tells me that I have no chat support. There is nothing I can do to get Zoom to help me and I have no ability to share my screen whatsoever. 100% of the time the minute I share my screen it disconnects the meeting. But as I can't find a solution for this and I Have no support (even though EVERYONE has support through the chat) I have no recourse. Hoping that someone can help.

I received an email that a participant had joined my meeting. However, I didn't have a meeting scheduled or running.
The from address seemed to be legitimate (from @Anonymous.us) but I am still concerned - Is there anything I can do past simply changing my password?

I have a PROBLEM🤔. My computer cannot accept the latest update: Avatar😊. It's in beta but it says that my computer dosent support this Avatar😥. I tried to update again, try to find out how to get it, search and others, but i cannot find out how😫? Can someone help me? Thanks🙏. tips: my computer is Window7.
