Avatar Problem

I have a PROBLEM🤔. My computer cannot accept the latest update: Avatar😊. It's in beta but it says that my computer dosent support this Avatar😥. I tried to update again, try to find out how to get it,  search and others, but i cannot find out how😫? Can someone help me? Thanks🙏. tips: my computer is Window7.

this sounds like you computer don't reach the requirements for this feature.

According to the support-pages you need the at least the following hardware:

System requirements for Windows: 

• Windows 7, 8, and 10 or higher (64-bit)
• Supported processors*
  • Intel: 4th generation or higher i3, i5, i7, i9 processor
  • AMD:
    • Ryzen 3, 5, 7, 9 processor
    • 6 cores or higher, base frequency 3.0Ghz or higher
    • 8 cores
• A graphics card supporting Direct3D 11

You can see the processor and graphics in the windows device-manager. If your PC is in the requirements, try to update the graphics driver ;).

Workaround: Have a look at other tools for Avatars like chromacam or snapcamera.
