Resolved! How to View Meeting's Running Time?
I've lost the ability to see a meeting's running time. Can we make a selection in settings to have the active running time visible to the host and participants? Thank you.

When I'm in a meeting on Zoom my camera slowly melts into a mess of colors. I can still see the people I'm speaking with clearly and the audio on both ends works perfectly. Its just my camera projection. The picture stays a mess of blurry colors for a between 20 seconds to a couple of minutes and then the clear picture comes back but only lasts a few minutes and repeats the distortion. I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled, checked for updates and even factory reset the computer in case it was having issues. Both the computer's camera and my extra webcam both get this issue when I'm on Zoom. I've checked Zoom camera settings and all looks good. Can anyone advise?

Hi - I had a series of templates with custom registration questions set up. I noticed that recently (since Dec 22, 2022) a change in how the custom registration questions show up for a meeting and webinar. Now all questions (both standard and any custom questions) are now in one list when you edit the registration details. This is fine and works nicely to see all registration questions I am asking together. The issue is that there use to be three questions types (Short answer, Single answer, or Multiple answers) and now it is only two question types single Answer and short answer. It has caused isssues with recent registrations and wondering if there is a multiple answers option I am not aware of or it it was overlooked by zoom when the custom questions tab was merged into the standard questions tab? The help page on the topic still says there are three options: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202835649-Customizing-webinar-registration I know a work around is to have a separate question for each of the options that I would like a response about, but the UX is much cleaner if the question can have multiple responses. Thanks

During meetings I assign co-hosting to my colleague who shares his PowerPoint presentation with our audience. However if someone enters the meeting whilst he's sharing pop ups appear only on his screen to let them in. How can we stop this happening? Either assigning the entry pop ups to my screen only, or getting rid of them?

I've searched but cannot find the answer, and the chat bot is useless. Is it possible to listen to a cloud recording of a simple meeting while logged in and as the host, but without downloading it? Also, can the recording be edited to delete certain sections, e.g. bio breaks? Thanks.

Hi, I recorded a meeting with my classmate and I. When I click to view the meeting, I get a black box on a page that says I do not have permission. Do you know how I can fix this? It is a student account and basic account.
how do I change the settings so my power point font isn't fuzzy when I'm in presenter view?
When I schedule a meeting, I no longer get an iCal link, but only google, Outlook or Yahoo. How can I change this as a group administrator?
O vídeo entra normal e depois de alguns minutos começa a balançar minha imagem como se eu estivesse dançando. Faz fundo verde tb. Alguém mais com este problema
Hello I have been using Zoom for a few months. My students used to get on using the same session number and passcode. However, as of last week they can no longer use the session number and the passcode. They get a message that the host is holding a meeting and they cannot get on. This is not true. Is it possible that my zoom account has been hacked and that's why students can no longer get onto my session? Now, I have to send a session number and a passcode before each session which is time consuming. What do I do to get my session number and passcode back? I have written to Zoom's support centre but nobody has replied. Thank you for your time and help. Brigite Assis
